Bill Lundberg is skilled, honest, and reliable. He has done jobs for me before. This was the second or third time he has done a job for me, some of which took specialized skills. He has done remarkably good work for me. It has been a lifesaver to find someone I can go to for jobs that are hard to get done. The room he worked on really looks great now.

He was very nice and did everything to my satisfaction. I would hire him again on his good merit and professionalism.

I have had Bill do many repairs on my old house over the last several years. when he fixes something it is always done right and stays fixed. Honest and trust-worthy.

Everything went extremely well from start to finish. Bill returned my call within 30 minutes of my first contact. He came into our home and gave us great advise on the various jobs that needed done. He was very good about giving us options to save money, like for the shower he suggested replacing the fiberglass walls with marble instead of replacing the entire shower. This saved us about $800-$1000 and it looks great! He did all the research on finding a custom made french door and priced it out with several suppliers to get the best quality for the price. Bill is very conscientious, courteous, and detailed oriented. He is 100% trustworthy. He will definitely be our go to handy man!

He seemd very knowledgeable about my problem and knew just what he needed to fix it.Toilet was leaking beofre and is not leaking, now. I am very satisfied.

Bill came to look at the kitchen remodeling project, said would send us an estimate in a couple of days, but we never heard back from him.

I called and spoke with Bill to set up an estimate. He showed up on time the same day to give me a quote on the work needing done. He was on time for this, which is the only reason I did not give an F for punctuality. He spent some time looking over the projects and talking with us. He seemed to know what he was doing, and we probably would have hired him up until that point. He took my email and promised to have an estimate for us in a "couple days". I have since called and left a message with no response. 10 days later and still nothing. In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional. I realize this is not a huge remodel, but if he wasn't interested in doing the work for us, no hard feelings. It's unfortunate considering we own 4 rental units in desperate need of kitchen and bathroom overhauls, as well as our own house. Not being professional on this small job certainly cost him plenty of repeat business from us.

The workmen were very professional, consciencious, and hard workers. They were responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They were tidy and finished in a timely manner. The end job was better than we had hoped for. We would do it again in a heart beat and we highly recommend Lundy the handyman.

Called to get work done but they were booked through oct. Very nice on phone.

Both projects were handled very professionally and we were happy to have Bill perform the work for us. We have used him before and have always been satisfied.

This job had hung fire for months because a guy who said he was going to come never did and didn't return calls. Desperate to get the exterior work done before snow, I started over. I called several people. Bill Lundberg answered first. He came right out, gave me an estimate, did the work in less than a week. Then he charged me a little bit under the estimate because it didn't take as many hours as he had expected. You don't hear that from everybody. This was not a big, fancy job, but it took knowhow to do it quickly and neatly, and the wrong person could have made a mess of it. Bill did good work, was pleasant to work with, and seems like someone to keep in mind for future work.

Bill was professional, explained every step of the process, worked quickly, cleaned up after himself. Since one of the doors needed glued/clamped, he has to come back the next day - again, on time, had every thing he needed, re-hung the closet doors - they look better than before!

We had Bill come out to give us an estimate on some handyman work in our home and some work to be done in our basement. I never heard back from him. I called a week later and he said that he had been sick and would get the quote worked up and get back to me the next day. It's been another week and I have not heard from him. I had to put an "F" rating as it would not let me select not applicable, but I don't see how I could give an n/a as I wasted time with this appointment. Also, this was not a zero cost for this job as we wasted valuable time explaining the work we needed done and now are having to do this again with more people.

Bill has put drains in kitchen sink, fixed storm door blown off by wind, replaced toilet.

Bill's work is very good. He performed all services very well and we couldn't be happier with what he did. I rated Bill an A in all categories except promptness. Although he was very quick to fit us into his schedule, and he came every day, he was rarely on time...always running 30-60 minutes behind schedule. We were flexible enough with our time that it didn't alarm us or delay the project, but it could be something that others might take exception to. Beyond that little concern, we were very pleased with his work and would use him again.

They were great. Their service was excellent. I would highly recommend them. I am still pleased with their work.

Bill is so meticulous and patient. Whenever he encountered a problem (as is inevitable in a 40-year-old house!), he solved the problem (without additional fees). He is so trustworthy and honest; I go to work when he is working at my house and he even takes care of my dog when I'm gone! He has done a lot of work for me in the six years I've been in my home, including (but not limited to) building a window seat in my bay window and installing crown molding and chair rail in my kitchen.

We had a little challenge getting our available times set at first. Once we had it set, Bill arrived and started on the door jamb. The next day he did the fireplace mantle. He is meticulous and his work is perfectly precise. He is also neat ant tidy. I would highly recommend him

Bill is a very competent and meticulous carpenter. He really knows finish carpentry. He'll fix it right and make sure the work is to your satisfaction

Bill came out that same day as promised. He installed the trim in a way that would make it less likely to come loose. Bill did great work for a very reasonable price.

Bill is Fantastic! I have used Bill for many services and he always delivers Quality Service at a reasonable price! I called Bill July 6th after a plumber had to cut a 40" x 8" hole in the drywall behind my sink (the living room side). Bill is very busy (as most quality service providers are) but he was able to assist me July 9. Bill found that the stud behind the drywall that was removed wasn't even touching the drywall so he had to add a piece of wood to make them touch. Also, he had to remove metal brackets from the studs so that he could use drywall screws (metal brackets are put on studs in front of pipes to prevent anyone from damaging the pipes). What seemed like an 'easy fix' wasn't, but as usual, I could count on Bill Lundberg to know how to 'fix it right' and to do so. As you can see from the attached pictures Bill did a GREAT job! Bill knows how to paint, too! I will have him back to re-paint the wall now.

We thought we might attempt to install the self-adhesive floor tiles ourselves, but decided it might be a bigger job than we anticipated, and we had so much else to accomplish before our Open House. Bill was VERY accommodating, easy and pleasant to work with. He came over to provide a quote the same evening as our call. He scheduled the work in immediately and completed the work in two days. He knew we were trying to have the home ready for an open house. He and his worker kept the dust to a minimum, and took great care with our home. I called him the first day to find out where they had moved the refrigerator and stove. He said they were in the dining room! I mentioned that there was going to be a showing that evening, so could they please tidy up. When we popped in to check the progress, they had moved the refrigerator and stove to another, less important room of the home (without our asking). Bill was great to work with, and the kitchen floor looks fantastic!!

Bill was very prompt, very accommodating, easy and pleasant to work with. He came over to provide a quote for the basement ceiling and kitchen flooring the same evening as our call. He scheduled the work in immediately and worked on our home every day until it was completed (eight business days). He knew we were trying to have the home ready for an open house. He and his worker kept the dust to a minimum, and took great care with our home. He was also able to add the bathroom sink job, although it was not part of the original work scheduled. We were very happy with the quality of the work. The texturizing looks great on the ceiling, and you can't see the repair seam.

He was at my home less than an hour after my first call to him, and he provided an estimate. We made arrangements for him to be there the following morning. One of his other repairs at a different location took longer than he anticipated, so he did not arrive until early afternoon. In this case the delay did not inconvenience me significantly, as I had told him that I would be available all day and my schedule was flexible. He was polite and apologetic when he called to inform me of the delay. The carpentry work he did was beautiful. I was grateful that he was available to be at my home on short notice to do this work.

Hes meticulous and makes you feel he is doing the work in his own home. He does take his time but the quality is worth it. His prices are reasonable.
