+ -1 moreI asked for a last minute second opinion, and Larry was great about quickly getting over to the house and letting me know that all evidence of termite activity was old, and that termites had been treated in the past with no new activity evident which saved hundreds of dollars in unnecessary treatment.

+ -1 moreGETTING THEM TO CALL BACK AND SETTING AN APPOINTMENT WAS EASY. THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND WHAT TO LOOK FOR. INDICATED NO PROBLEMS, BUT LEFT A CONTRACT TO LOOK OVER IN THE EVENT OF FUTURE CONCERNS. SIXTY DOLLARS SEEMED TO BE A REASONABLE FEE.
Description of Work: CAME TO CHECK FOR TERMITES AND OTHER POSSIBLE PESTS (I.E., IN BASEMENT AND ATTIC).
