U$75 for 10 minutes of service... Didn't even have a gas leak detector... And did not even look into the burners, not to mention cleaning them... If you want someone with damped rag to clean your furnace, call them. Talk about lack of basic services...

I've been using them for 10 years and they did a great service.

Matt has been taking care of my furnace and air conditioning units for at least the last 18 years. While the majority of the time it is for twice yearly checks, several times he has come to my rescue when things have gone south. Most recently was this past Friday. 90 degree weather predicted for the whole weekend, I have five out of town family members flying in for a graduation party and I get home at 5 PM on Friday with the air-conditioning not working. Called Matt and he was there after finishing the job he was working on and by 8 PM I had a cold house. He is trustworthy, punctual, never tries to get you to get install something new if you don't need it and I can't say enough about his work ethic. Call him!!!

Matt was very responsive. Came the same day and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional. Would highly recommend. Great service.

They are consistently reliable. The inspection took about an hour and half.

I called Matt and he came out the next day and the first thing he did was find that our filter was very dirty. He replaced that. He also found a part that was still working but was pretty much on its last leg. He gave me the option of using it until it died (might last six months to a 1-1/2 years or replacing it while he was out. I opted to have it replaced. He gave me an option on 2 different brands of the part. I went with his recommendation which he had in his truck. He has serviced my AC several times and doesn't try to up sell products and is very honest. I would recommend him, he works for himself and has a lot of pride in his workmanship. He is very ethical.

Went great. Was able to get me scheduled within a couple days and came out exactly when he said he would. Seemed like a super honest guy; he didn't try to sell me a new furnace even though mine is 30 years old. He pointed out issues to be looking for, things I might expect to give me trouble in the future, etc. Overall, would highly recommend.

We own a rental house and when the temperatures dropped, the heat went out and we had no idea why. We had Atlas Butler come out first, but even though the guy was nice, the company was a joke and crazy expensive. We should have called Cardinal first, and will from now on. I can't remember his name at the moment, but he worked very h****** figuring out what was going on. It wasn't something that happens often, or to many people. We appreciate his efforts and that he stuck with it until he figured it out and was reasonable priced. He got our tenants heat back on and everyone was happy!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a HVAC company. Matt came out to repair the furnace after another company couldnt figure it out. He was very responsive in returning a call and showed up on time. He immediately went to work and I could tell instantly that this guy knows what he's doing. Found the two defective pieces, one of which required a complete re-wire of the systems motherboard. Then as a bonus he noticed there was a small leak at the humidifier and repaired it at no cost. Matt will be my first and only call for all our future needs. Can't reccomend Cardinal Heating enough. They are a MUST use!.

Very knowledgeable about heating and cooling, furnaces, wiring, all of it. The one furnace turned off because of a clogged filter, the other one was another story. I'd snipped some wires running along baseboard thinking they were for telephone I but was wrong. The wires I snipped were thermostat/furnace. Matt worked thru the issue, fixed both problems cheap. Highly recommend.

Called Matt on Friday afternoon, explained the need for two new thermostats connected to a zone control system. Matt showed up Monday at 9 and went to work. The Honeywell zone system is old (1994) and presented some problems. Matt worked with Honeywell and resolved the problems. He did an excellent job, as always. I have used Cardinal for over 2 years now, both at my homes and at my offices where they provide annual maintenance on our systems. They are professional, courteous and diligent. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work Matt and his associate Brad did for us when installing our new AC and furnace. First off he even gave me the option of repairing our old system and getting a few more years out of it, something none of the other companies even mentioned once they heard I was thinking of a new system. To me this displayed an honesty and integrity that is often lacking when the opportunity to make money is concerned with some of the bigger companies. Once we decided to go with a new system anyway as we wanted to upgrade and be more efficient, he provided a thorough estimate and explained the options carefully. Once the new system went in they were very conscientious when working in our home, and Brad even spent an extra hour of his time at no extra cost fixing a popping noise an our ducts made that had been present for years. Other companies said "it doesn't hurt anything", which it didn't other than be annoying, and never offered to do anything about it when they had been on service calls. I recommend Cardinal very highly and will use them again in the future.

They are on time and professional. The prices are reasonable.

We have used Cardinal several times over the past 4 years. Matt is great, very responsive and frank about the status of our old furnace and A/C unit. When our heat went off on a Friday and we had two toddlers, he made sure we were back in business before the weekend. We've used Cardinal at least once a year (adding freon, new humidifier, general issues with our dying furnace) and will continue to.

We recently bought a new piano and wanted to have better control over the humidity in the house, especially during the winter months, to protect the integrity of the soundboard. I called Matt, and he was able to immediately give me an estimate of the cost to install a whole-house humidifier. He also recommended a brand of humidifier and gave an excellent explanation of why he thought that was a superior brand and model to install. He did arrive a little late to the installation appointment due to complications with previous jobs that day, but he was sure to call in advance to let me know he was behind schedule. He was very professional, gave an excellent explanation of how to work the humidifier, and answered all my questions about upgrading my thermostat system.

Great Price, good install and took time to explain options. Overall thought they did a great job and were not the pushy sales types trying to talk you into a more expensive system.

Great. I have a standing twice yearly visit from Cardinal Heating. Either Matt or his dad come out in the fall and spring to make sure my furnace and air conditioner are in good shape.

This was the first time I had used their services. It went fine. The owner came quickly and fixed the problem. He cleaned up after himself very well.

I had an excellent experience with these people. I know that high efficiency furnaces often make a lot of noise and I mentioned it to the installer. He said it has to do with the sheet metal being fastened properly, and they make sure to do so. The furnace now is softer than the old one. They also had a great suggestion about the exterior work that came in handy with the snow and helped prevent a service call. The price was slightly lower than my other estimates, but not so low that I suspected something. They did a great job and I can't say enough about this company.
