Description of Work: I am in the process of deciding whether to purchase an awning for my patio. Brian came to my home, provided an estimate, and was a joy to work with. He was completely professional and worked with me to estimate the job I wanted......not the job he wanted me to buy. IF I decide to go ahead with a purchase, it will be because of the professionalism and knowledge of the estimator. This company was not the only company that provided me with an estimate, but this company is the only one I will consider buying from.

 + -1 moreTHE AWNINGS WERE REPLACEMENTS FROM A PREVIOUS OWNER. CAPITAL HAD HAD THE CONTRACT AND HAD ALL OF THE SPECIFICATIONS. THE SALESMAN WAS FINE. THE INSTALLERS WERE WAY LESS THAN ALL RIGHT. THE VERY LARGE AWNING WAS INSTALLED IMPROPERLY AND HAD TO BE REMADE. IT IS STILL NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WE HAVE NOT YET PAID THE REMAINING BALANCE. THE WORKERS DAMAGED A RAIL AND SPEARHEADS ON OUR PATIO. THEY ALSO TORE UP AN AWNING THAT WAS TO BE LEFT. THE MANAGER REPLACED A COUPLE OF FRAMES FREE OF CHARGE BUT TO DATE NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PATIO AWNING AND THE DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY
