+ -1 moreI cannot say enough about Canal Carpet Care! From the moment that I called to the actual install, everything was professional. This is the second time that I used them. They were able to schedule us quickly and the installers were the SAME ones that came out the first time five years before when we carpeted our upstairs! That speaks volumes about how much they love their employees. They came out and were all business. Great customer service. Great selection. Using them for carpet cleaning next week on our new home.

+ -1 moreThe work was easy to schedule. The 2 fellows who came were professional looking and on time. They preformed the work and then explained everything to me. They told me about the one stain that they could not remove. They told me when it would be safe for the dog to be on the carpet and how long it would take to dry. I very much liked that it was not left dripping wet as some other services have in the past. I would use them again and I recommend them.
Description of Work: They cleaned 4 rooms and the steps. It had not been done in a long time and my dog had urine spots in a couple of places. The results were remarkable as they got out almost every stain. I was very pleased to see it would clean up that nicely.
