"Jordan" the technician did not wait long enough for the officers to arrive and sped away as one of us called out his license plate to the house. We did NOT pay $145.00 for this service. We did NOT contract fro a new deadbolt lock. We did offer to pay what we were quoted, but the offer was refused. "Jordan" refused to show credentials, would not let us get a fair look at the "invoice," but the company name was lower-left and in small print... and from Las Vegas, NV.
