Description of Work: THEY WERE AWFUL! THEY TOLD US WE HAD CALCIUM BUILD UP AND THAT WASN''T THE PROBLEM. THEN THEY TOLD US IT WAS OUR FURNACE (HOW WE COULD GET WHITE STUFF IN OUR PLUMBING FROM OUR FURNACE IS BEYOND ME, BUT THAT''S WHAT WE WERE TOLD. THEY WERE AWFUL ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS, AND THEY MISSED AN APPOINTMENT WITH US. ALL IN ALL, IT WAS A WAIST OF $57 AND ONE AND A HALF WEEKS OF TIME. OUR PLUMBER''S NAME WAS ED.
