C V PERRY

Tim Jacobs, Sales Consultant, was very professional & straight-forward. He spent over 2 hours with me discussing what I am looking for in a home & if C.V. Perry could accommodate me. We discussed financing, lots, design, decoration, & floor plans. We will not be having this builder build our home presently because its lots are not in our desired locations. I appreciated the time Tim spent with me just talking.

CV Perry did an EXCELLENT job on building our home. They were professional, patient, and truly care about the customer. From the sales agent we dealt with, to the designer, and supervisor, they were fabulous. I have built with another upscale builder in town and the experience with CV Perry was much, much better. Steve Knazek, my supervisor, would go out of his way to correct even minor defects before I even caught them myself. Toni Gundling, the designer, truly cared about getting us the dream home we wanted. We felt safe in their hands. Their subcontractors are top notch, and very easy to work with. You can tell they have been hand-picked and trained by CV Perry to pay attention to details. The only sub I was not that happy with was the stone layer, who did only an average job, but that is really the only complaint. We just closed on the house so we dont know yet how CV Perry is with follow-up service, but I am confident they will not disappoint.

DERRICK LAIR CAME TO MY HOUSE ON 9/20/05. WAS TO SEND ESTIMATE TO ME THE NEXT WEEK, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHILE HE WAS WALKING THROUGH THE AREA, HE APPEARED ANNOYED WITH CHALLENGING ISSUES HE WOULD FACE IN MY BASEMENT DUE TO LOW CEILINGS, ETC. HE WASN'T WILLING TO OFFER OTHER SOLUTIONS TO CHALLENGES. APPEARED, BASED ON THIS MEETING, TO BE DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH.
