Overall our experience with C&H Unlimited was top notch. They are professionals that have become very near and dear to us. They take pride in their work, and with them, nothing is a "problem" only a "challenge" ! From tearing up our kitchen floor due to termite damage, to beautiful finish work on drywall and installing and painting trim, they do an amazing job!

We had a 7 ft. plaster ceiling. They pulled out the old ceiling and found we had a 12 ft vaulted ceiling behind it, so they extended it. They also did skimming on our walls along with prepping and priming them. Also, they put in 2 new skylights in the kitchen and it looks beautiful! They did a great job cleaning up (on hands and knees wiping things down).

We had hired C&H once in the past to do handyman work based upon a strong reference on this site. After my husband passed away last fall, I was looking for a handyman company to do frequent small jobs and infrequent larger jobs and called C&H. They came out twice to do small jobs as described above. In each case, they arrived about 2 hours later than the time given, which is difficult when you ask off work to be home (I would be fine with a broader window of time if I know in advance to ask for that time off.) Each time I call, I feel that I'm calling at a very inconvenient time -- the number listed is apparently the owner's cell phone and I catch him at a bad time. When at my home, the staff were professional and skilled, and made great recommendations regarding additional work that I need done. When I called to try to schedule some of that extra work, I again caught the owner at an inconvenient time, and he left it as "don't call me, I'll call you." They have never called back. When the son did the second job for me, I asked him if my work was too small to be of interest, judging from the response I got to attempts to contact them. He responded that no, that was the kind of work that they built their business on, but I can only assume that they don't want my work, because I have a lot of it including a desired master bathroom remodel I discussed with them - this could be a profitable ongoing relationship for someone. I'm still searching for that someone.

They were professional and pleasant to work with. The quality of the work was good. We would definitely use them again.

Ted Cutlip and Mike Cutlip have done numerous things for us. I really don't think that there is anything that they cannot do! They have installed a new front door, replaced locks, replaced the siding of our house, replaced ceiling fans, fixed toilets, fixed a garbage disposer. And, they built us the most beautiful deck!
