Their fish/plants are very healthy--have never had a problem. They are very knowledgeable about the type of fish I keep (discus/koi)and are very willing to share their experience and information whether you buy products or not. I live in an area where power failures are a very frequent occurrence (deadly to fish!); they have helped me with a back-up system to avoid problems and have told me what to do to keep them healthy/help them recover after a blackout. Thanks to their advice, I very seldom lose fish--even after a 24 hour power failure--when it comes to discus, this is the first place to go.

+ -1 moreI AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I HAVE USED OTHER SERVICES IN THE PAST AT $50/HOUR (REQUIRING 2 SERVICEMAN, SO $100/HR), AND DID NOT HAVE AS GOOD OF RESULTS AS THROUGH BYERLY'S (APPROX COST IS PER HOUR).
Description of Work: THEY MAINTAIN MY POND (CLEANING, ADDING PLANTS, ETC.).
