 + -1 moreAll of my neighbors were getting new roofs and I was concerned that I needed one too given the condition of the shingles. My house is only 8 years old. I had a roofer look at it and he said it was fine for another 5 years. But the shingles were warranted for 30 years. Still concerned I sent some of the damaged shingles to the manufacturer and couldn't get anywhere with them either. I saw the B.I.G. sign in one of my neighbors yard and decided to see if they could help. Managing partner, Ryan Lephart was out the same day. He told me it needed to be replaced, and he would work with my insurance company. Within a week I had my check. Within two weeks the roof was installed. They did an amazing job! It looks beautiful. Cleanup was fantastic. Ryan was right out here on the second day of installation to oversee the work and make sure I was satisfied.
