 + -1 moreTHEY DAMAGED THE HINGE ON A DOOR. THE CARPET LOOKS GOOD BUT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY HAVE PROMISED TO COME BACK AND FIX THE DOOR. AS LONG AS THEY MAKE A WRONG A RIGHT THEN I'M FINE WITH THAT.

 + -1 moreTHE MANAGER, JIMMY BOALS, SET THE BAR. HE WAS UP-FRONT, HONEST, AND REALLY WANTED OUR BUSINESS. HE EVEN TELEPHONED ME AND INCREASED OUR ORDER BY 6% FOR FREE 'JUST TO BE SURE' THEY GOT IT RIGHT. THE ENTIRE COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT AND TO THE MINUTE EVERY TIME. WE DID NOT WAIT FOR THEM. THEY DID EVERY THING HOW AND WHEN THEY PROMISED.
Description of Work: BUDDY'S CARPET INSTALLED CARPET IN OUR MASTER BEDROOM, APPROXIMATELY 225 SQUARE FEET.

Description of Work: I PURCHASED CARPET, PADDING AND INSTALLATION FROM BUDDY'S CARPET. ALL OF THE INSTALLERS ARE SUBCONTRACTORS. WE HAD TWO DIFFERENT CREWS FOR TWO SEPARATE INSTALLATIONS. BOTH WERE VERY PROF., ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND GAVE ADVISE.
