Description of Work: Our moving company contracted this company to disassemble our treadmill so the moving company could get it out of our basement and into the new basement. They arrived on time, but the person they sent had no idea how to disassemble to get it out of the basement. The employee attempted to remove the wrong bolts and then proceeded to say it could not be taken down further because the bolts were stripped. Instead, he took off the whole treadmill monitor (which did not need to be done). After he was done he said that he could not go any further. I told him that he did not make the TM any smaller and it still would not fit up the steps. I told him that the TM had gone down so it would go up (I just forgot how it was assembled when I moved it down). He again stated that he did all he could do and left. When the movers came back, the TM still would not fit up the steps. They tried several different ways and even attempted to bring it out of the window. The movers then removed one panel and figured out if they would remove 2 bolts, the pedestal would fold down and it would be small enough to go up the steps. All of my tools were at the new house, so I had to run to HD and buy some tools. The movers and I ended up taking the TM a part so it would fit up the steps (the movers were not supposed to take anything apart which is why they hired this company in the first place). Once the TM was back at the new place Buckeye came back to put together what they took a part. Once again, it was a disaster. My wife heard them making rude comments about her and once they were done, they asked my wife to make sure it was together correctly (she did not take it a part, so she did not know) After I got home, I realized that they did not use up all the screws and they lost some. They even forced 2 screws into one hole. It was probably the worst company I have used. We expressed our displeasure to the moving company, and they ended up paying the bill for Buckeye. I will never use them again.

+ -1 moreI had moved into my house but my French door refrigerator was still in the garage. My moving company had refused to bring it in because they thought the doors would have to be removed. I contacted another company, who tried to get it in but were reluctant to remove the top 2 doors because of the tubing and wiring.That company recommended Buckeye Third Services. The scheduler at Buckeye was able to get me on the schedule for the same day. Chris and KJ arrived and looked at the place in the kitchen where the refrigerator was to go. I had just had new hardwood flooring installed so they put down cardboard to protect the floor. The refrigerator was too big to go through the door so they had to remove only the handles from the top doors but remove the entire bottom door. Everything went smoothly. The are good at what they do and take pride in their work.
Description of Work: Moved my large french door refrigerator from the garage into the kitchen.
