Description of Work: Buckeye has replaced several water heaters for us. We contacted Buckeye when we discovered that a water heater they installed approximately six years ago was leaking. We informed Buckeye that we needed a new water heater and the customer service rep. scheduled an appointment for the next day. The rep. told us the tech. would first assess whether or not the unit could be repaired. We were NOT informed by the customer service rep. that Buckeye no longer replaces water heaters. Our appointment window was between noon and 5pm on a Friday. The tech arrived and after quickly checking the water heater he informed us that it needed to be replaced and offered to refer us to a plumber as Buckeye no longer replaces water heaters. We were informed we would have to pay the $75 service fee and we asked the tech. to check our 2nd water heater to see if it was working properly (we were hoping to receive some value when being forced to pay the service fee). The tech informed us that he couldn't tell if something was wrong with our water heater unless is was leaking. At this point, it was the end of day on a Friday and we could not find a plumber that could install a new water heater until after the weekend. Had we been informed upon our initial contact that Buckeye no longer replaces water heaters, we could have contacted a plumber early on Friday to make the replacement, we would not have wasted valuable time and we would not be out $75 for a pointless service call. Buckeye needs to make full disclosure to customers of what services they can and cannot provide before setting appointments.

Description of Work: Buckeye replaced an air conditioning condenser and coil. It was a complicated job that required a lot of planning. After a challenge requiring extra help from a supervisor, everything went very well. The installers were excellent and left my home as clean as when they arrived.
