They did a great job and cleaned up well. I set up the work, and they where on time and nice to have in my home. Did not give the cheapest bid, but the best value for all work. Would use them again.

It was great. He came after hours and did a thorough inspection. It was an incredibly hot day, so it was wonderful that he was willing to come out, even if we had to pay after hours rates. I never expected that someone would be available to come out on the evening that I reported the problem. I am sure that they were getting a lot of calls since it was so hot and the air conditioners were having to work so hard. We got excellent service!

They were very responsive and did a great job, and it is always a plus when they wear the booties to protect your carpet and they did.

Great work from technician who came to house. Very ''educational'' as to what was wrong and what to look for in the future. Great representative for company!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Options in terms of replacement furnaces and a/c systems well explained, no pushy attempt at salesmanship. The objective was to find the right units given my needs. Work was performed professionally in all respects.

They replied promptly to our request for an estimate, were thorough in explaining the options, and were able to schedule installation fairly quickly. When they came to do the work, the installers were polite and took care to keep the house clean. Their estimate was comparable to the others we received.

They are a wonderful, family owned business. They were just great. The price was great. They send a card ahead of time to remind you or they will call.

They always come on time, they are very polite, and I really like them. I'll definitely continue to use them.

IT ALL HAPPENED VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO ME IN 2 DAYS. I CALLED ON A TUESDAY, AND THEY DID THE WORK ON THURSDAY. AT FIRST THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART, BUT THEN THEY CALLED ME BACK AND TOLD ME THEY COULD DO IT.

They were professional and called to let us know that they were running late, courteous, and knowledgeable.

SINCE MARCH OF THIS YEAR, I REALIZED WHAT'S HAPPENED. I REALIZED THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM INCORRECTLY. IT WAS JEOPARDIZING THE INTEGRITY OF THE EXHAUST. THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A "QUICK FIX" OF $180.00. I WAS SHOCKED. HE BASICALLY OFFERED ME THE INFORMATION THAT "THIS TYPE OF GLUE HAS BEEN GOING BAD." I ASKED IF THEY CONTACTED THE HOME OWNERS TELLING THEM THIS AND HE SAID "NO." THE GLUE IS DISSOLVING BECAUSE THERE IS ACID WATER IN THE PIPE. IF THEY WOULD HAVE INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY AND NOT PUT A TRAP IN IT, THERE WOULD BE NO REASONS FOR THE GLUE TO DISSOLVE. REBUTTAL TO RESPONSE: THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A VIBRATION PROBLEM WITH THE FURNACE. THIS PROBLEM IS NOT CREATED BY THE FURNACE, IT IS CLEARLY CREATED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE EXHAUST PVC PIPE. INSTALLERS IMPROPERLY CREATED A WATER TRAP IN THE EXHAUST GAS PIPE. CITY INSPECTORS VERIFIED FURNACE WAS NEVER INSPECTED AND PERMIT WAS NOT ATTAINED UNTIL WELL AFTER COMPLETION OF PROJECT AND WORK WAS IMPROPER.

Overall, the technician was very responsive, competent, and professional. Unfortunately, his arrival was delayed several hours due to weather conditions, but once here, completed the work in a timely manner.

THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY AND HAVE TAKEN GREAT CARE OF OUR FURNACE EVER SINCE IT WAS INSTALLED ELEVEN YEARS AGO.

THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE SERVICE TIMES. THEY PUT COVERS OVER THEIR SHOES WHILE INSIDE THE HOUSE. THEY TOOK TIME TO TALK TO ME ABOUT HOW MY FURNACE WAS PERFORMING.

THE TWO GUYS WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, AS WELL AS THE SALESMAN. THEY TOOK TIME TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD, EVEN WHILE THEY WERE WORKING. FOR THE MOST PART, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. T HEY WERE IN A HURRY TO LEAVE FOR ANOTHER JOB AND ENDED UP SOILING OUR CARPET WITH SOOT, AND THEY LEFT A FEW NAILS/SCREWS LAYING ON THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT. EVEN THOUGH THEY ATTEMPTED TO CLEAN UP THE OIL MESS FROM THE FURNACE, THEY DIDN'T DO A GREAT JOB OF IT AND WE HAD TO CLEAN THE AREA OURSELVES. EVEN WITH THOSE FEW PROBLEMS, WE'D STILL RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

JAMES COULD HAVE BEEN THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERACTION I'VE HAD IN AWHILE. PERIOD. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF MY CENTRAL AIR UNIT. HE GAVE ME TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE FUTURE AS WELL. I HAD A CATASTROPHIC EVENT THAT WAS MISHANDLED BY TRUSTED PROFESSIONALS BEFORE, BUT JAMES RE-ASSURED ME THAT, THERE ARE STILL TRUE INTEGRITY BUILT PROFESSIONALS OUT THERE THAT HANDLES THERE BUSINESS. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TRYING TO BE FAIR IN THEIR PRICING AS WELL, YET STAY COMPETITIVE. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND EVEN GAVE A COURTESY CALL TO REMIND ME THEY WERE ON THE WAY. THANKS ANGIE'S LIST FOR THE WONDERFUL REFERENCE ON THIS COMPANY! I WAS INDEED IMPRESSED.

PETE KOTT, THE SALES MANAGER, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST. HE DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US MORE THAN WE NEEDED. HE EXPLAINED OUR OPTIONS VERY CLEARLY. WE DID GET AN ESTIMATE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LESS EXPENSIVE, BUT I DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR REP AND THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE. WHEN IT CAME TO THE ACTUAL INSTALL, EVERYONE SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE POLITE, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ENTIRE COMPANY, FROM THE PRESIDENT, BRAD WENTZ, TO THE TWO TECHNICIANS, CHUCK AND CORKY, THAT INSTALLED THE UNITS. IT WAS THE BEST INSTALL I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE ENTIRE PROJECT WENT LIKE CLOCKWORK. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED BUCKEYE TO TWO OTHER PEOPLE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL! WORE SHOE COVERS IN THE HOUSE. WERE VERY COURTEOUS!

THEY GOT US HEAT, THEY WERE EXCELLENT, THERE PRICES WERE A LITTLE STEEP, BUT I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY CAME OUT TWICE AND CHARGE ME FOR THE FIRST TIME, BUT NOT THE SECOND, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS NICE.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR 28 YEARS, I KNOW ALL THE WORKERS. THIS IS A FANTASTIC COMPANY. THIS IS A SMALL COMPANY AND A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE. THEY HAD TO BUILD THE DUCT WORK BECAUSE THIS IS AN OLDER HOME.

THIS COMPANY IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THEY EARN A CUSTOMER'S CONFIDENCE IN THEM!

THEY INSTALLED IT FIVE YEARS AGO, AND IT'S BROKEN FIVE TIMES. THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO REPAIR IT AT ANY POINT. THOUGH WE HAVE A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH THEM, THEY WERE FAR TOO SLOW IN RETURNING CALLS WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM. WON'T USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY REPAIRED BUT THE NEXT MORNING THE FURNACE WENT OUT AGAIN. THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED FURNACE WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

BUCKEYE HAS BEEN GREAT TO WORK WITH. BEFORE THEY CAME OVER FOR SERVICE THEY ASKED ABOUT PROBLEMS OVER THE PHONE TO SEE IF IT WAS SOMETHING I CAN FIX W/ OUT THEM COMING OUT IN ORDER TO SAVE ME MONEY,. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY.
