I was promised "first appointment" for the day where the technician would appear any time between 8A and 9A. He arrived around 8:30A. Very pleasant fellow. Quick and thorough worker. He also was nice to and enjoyed the company of my four year old bulldog who followed the technician around like he was me! The technician was done with his work within an hour. Great/thorough job.

A/C was not working. Called Buckeye. Technician arrived on-time. Looked at unit and said the problem was the outdoor circuit breaker. The circuit breaker did appear to have had some electrical arcing and generally looked to be in very poor condition. Technician said the diagnosis was $75 and that he could have everything working that day for $300. The price seemed very high for a common electrical part and a very straight-forward installation. I did like the idea of being up-and-running that day so I authorized the work to be done. The technician completed the installation of the new circuit breaker but that did not fix the problem. The technician then said I would need a completely new A/C system. When I challenged his initial diagnosis that I paid $75 for, he claimed that was a valid diagnosis and that problem would have had to been fixed no matter what. But it would have a simple step to ensure the unit was working properly when the outdoor circuit breaker was removed from the circuit since the unit would have still been protected electrically by the indoor breaker. Bottom line - I never would have had the outside breaker replaced at the very high rate they were charging if they had properly diagnosed the problem with my A/C system.

Have an almost 1 year old Ruud furnace that was installed by my builder. The technician found several problems with the unit, including pop cans in the vents, improper installation of a metal panel [left a large gap which affects air flow], and a singed service manual that was left inside the furnace. The technician clearly explained everything he was doing as well as the results of all his tests. I was very pleased with the service I received. He cleaned up after himself and wore shoe covers when he entered my home. I have contacted the builder to correct the issues since I am still in my home warranty period.

We had a very good experience with the installation crew. They were on time, courteous and respectful of our home. The install did take a bit longer than they had anticipated, but it was no problem at all.

They were great. They called to ask if it was ok for them to come earlier. They were very quick at finding the leak and repairing. They cleaned up when they were finished.

Nelson Flinders visited our home, inspected the existing equipment, analyzed the duct system and discussed our home s HVAC needs and the equipment options with us in detail. He then prepared a timely and professional estimate. As it turned out, another contractor's estimate was a little lower so we went with that firm.

They always do good work, they are always there at the time they say they will be there. They are always good at doing extra, we had blown some fuses and when that happens they are good to leave extra fuses. They always clean up when they finish.

I chose this company because they had the system that I wanted. I compared prices and they gave me an outstanding deal. They did a good job installing the system and dealt with the old system for me. I was comfortable using this company.

The tech was very professional and helpful to answer several of our questions. We liked them - so we signed up for their annual service contract. They check the furnace and AC (two times per year) for a very reasonable price.

I initially had some trouble with it, but they continued to follow up and now things are fine. I've dealt with a lot of similar companies and this is the best experience I've had.

Request for quote was prompt and thorough. Pete was extremely helpful in identifying the most cost-effective system. Installation was scheduled as quickly as possible in just over a week and was completed within the day, as promised. Installers were courteous and explained the process before, during and after finishing.

I have been using them for over 15 years now and will continue to use them in the future.

They initially quoted and ordered me the completely wrong unit. They corrected the mistake and installed the proper one. They billed me once after I already paid them.

Due to illness, I'm home. It was important to have a working A/C. Buckeye was called on Tuesday 7/1/08 and an appt made for Wednesday 7/2/08. The company rep was on time, and after told of our needs, they said they could do the installation the next day (7/3/08). The day prior to the 3rd holiday weekend (other company's called could not do for 1 week) the work was completed, all areas were cleaned, and home was cool upon our late PM return from hospital. They were pretty expensive. The part wholesaled for one price and charged me four times the price of the part.

I canceled and went with another company.

They were perfect really. They were in and out. They cleaned up really well after their work. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Some of the problems they had to come back a redo a couple of times. They had to fire one of the people and each person gave a different story for why it was not working.

They came highly recommended so I was put on their schedule for early June. I had been looking for a new company as I was unhappy with my last HVAC company. I opted against the service contract as I wanted to try their services first. I called them in late May to ask some questions about service. When I talked to them they said they had to move the service back a few weeks which was a little annoying. The day they were scheduled to come out it was hard for them to give me an exact time for the technician to be out. They thought it would be later in the day but said they would call when they had a better idea. Within the hour a serviceman pulled up in a van without any warning. The man they sent out was in fact very knowledgeable and did a good job on the service and repair. He was very thorough and competent. He was very honest and did not want to make any assumptions without having as much info as possible. I was satisfied with the service but I did have a problem with the office and the way they went about scheduling service and the overall communication.

The first guy they sent out repaired everything fine, but a week later problems resurfaced. When we called him back out he was degrading and thought I didn't know what I was talking about. We complained to them so they sent out a different person the next time and this one was actually a gentleman and polite and was able to help us with the problem.

Their rates were lower than any other company we found. They were very thorough about letting us know what was going on. They were on time and had the work done when they said it would be.

They always come when they say they will. They do put on booties when they come in. They are very polite and really know what they are saying and doing.

We compared prices with about three or four companies and theirs was very reasonable. Everything was very good. They were very professional and gave a lot of clear information. They were very well organized and presented it very well. We'd use them again for the up keep of our units.
