Very well. A relatively large job since the house has no ducts or raceways for air ducts. One installed in the basement, one in the attic. New duct openings installed and new ductwork run to each room. The ducts were field run and we had a concern about the obtrusiveness of the system. The installers did a great job keeping the ducts low profile. Very professional job.

Our a/c unit was making rattling sounds. Buckeye Heating and Cooling provided prompt, professional service. The tech was able to repair the unit, and even took the time to check that the warranty was still in place, which it was, saving us over $750. Great team. We'll hire them again.

I got two units, and they took care of both of them. I don't know the cost because I buy a package, a service contract and that's included. I've been using them for years. I've bought totally new units from them.

Buckeye deals with premium top of the line products. They gave me a detailed estimate of everything they would do and how much it would cost. They were prompt and professional at all times. I’ve been with them for a number of years. Over the years they’ve done whatever we’ve needed, and they’ve always done it well & timely. I have a service agreement with them. They have a history over the years of providing what we need in a timely fashion, orderly fashion and I just haven’t seen any need to consider changing.

I always use Buckeye Heating. They come out twice a year; and to my rentals. They come there twice a year. I don't have any problems with them. I pay ahead. It's their maintenance contract. I don't know, it's $160, but I have 2 furnaces so it's $300. I don't know; a lot. It seems like a lot. 2 furnaces, 2 A/Cs, I mean I can't complain. I have a nice house. I don't have any complaints at all really. Isn't that an A? I've been using them for probably 5 or 6 years at least. Sometimes it's more art than science. On price I think they're all similar. On quality they're all pretty well trained it seems. On responsiveness like I said I haven't had any trouble at all in years. On punctuality and professionalism they're good. They always call you ahead and let you know and all that. I already probably paid. You have to pay up front. It's different people all the time that come out. The workers are trustworthy. I let them in other buildings. I've seen some numerous times. I assume they're bonded so can't worry about it. I don't leave them in my house by themselves but the rentals I do. They're all supposed to have insurance anyways. They don't take anything. After they're done you have to sign on the iPad.

Buckeye installed a Lennox air conditioner at my home in the spring of 2014. Within six months it failed -- a new TXV was installed over Labor Day weekend. Explanation I received from the tech was that federal government mandates regarding energy efficiency were the culprit -- manufacturers were being rushed to sell systems that hadn't been fully tested yet. Repair would have cost at least $950 had this not been covered by the first-year full warranty. In May of 2017 the system failed again. Buckeye refilled 6 pounds of freon and added some dye to detect the source of the system's leak ($521), then came out three weeks later to see where the dye had leaked out ($140). Source was determined to be the evaporator coil, which is covered by a 10-year parts warranty, but labor was estimated at $820 (there is no indication this estimate would have included any additional freon, which would have added another $400 if it had all leaked out again). I scheduled an appointment to have the coil replaced but canceled the next morning after learning that evaporator coils in Lennox models from this time period had been subject of a class-action settlement because they failed so frequently. Buckeye left me an ominous voicemail telling me that my cancellation was going to delay any repair significantly. Two days later I received a very terse call from one of their reps asking me "Do you want me to cancel this order or what?" I informed her that I was examining all my options under the class-action settlement then contacted another service provider who did the job for a fraction of Buckeye's price. Buckeye avoids an F from me because they did at least fulfill the core things I asked of them -- install the system and diagnose the problems that cropped up shortly thereafter. The D rating is because of their exorbitant prices and poor customer service. My questions to them about how a $3,000 system could fail twice and need nearly $2,500 in repairs within its first four years were generally met with some variation of: 1. That's just how it is with these things. 2. We'd charge you less if you had a contract with us. Clearly some of the blame here lies with Lennox, but in summary: Buckeye sold me what they billed as a top-tier A/C system, shrugged off its subsequent failures and/or blamed me for them, then raked in plenty of followup income repairing it in the subsequent years. That's nobody I'm anxious to do business with again.

Showed up when they said they would, took the time to explain what they were doing, stopped working and answered my questions when I had them, all the guys were clean cut and friendly. When they hit a snag they slowed down and thought through the best way to solve the problem instead of rushing to get the fastest solution because it was quitting time. It was clear they wanted it done right not just done. Cleaned up after themselves and left the space in good condition.

Work was done cleanly and very quick. Sales was the only honest and responsive company that, where everyone else wanted to upsell.

Costly, but in the end everything is working properly.

It was very good. They were very informative. They knew their business. They knew their jobs. They did everything efficiently and I had no problems. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. I had nothing against them. They were good. The pricing was good. I compared some others to it and I had them come out to check to see about just replacing parts for the furnace and then found out what the problem was. They had no problems coming and repairing it within a short period of time. So it was good. The quality was excellent. I was very pleased with them and I would recommend them to anybody else. They were very good on responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. They had come out last year to service and check everything out. There was a rattling noise and they found out what it was. It wasn't anything to do with the furnace, but they fixed it right away without a charge. So I've got protection on it. I've had it serviced around March. So it's been a year serviced.

They were supposed to come out a couple weeks ago. So that would have been, and I wasn't home, that was my fault. They charged me $40.00 for me not being home.

I've always been pleased. They always are punctual, I've used them for many years. I'd say they are reliable, faithful, truthful, and they do a good job. The workers are good.

Install went very smoothly. They showed up on time and were very professional. The job was done on time and they removed all the old equipment and cleaned everything when finished.

Buckeye Heating & Cooling was able to send a technician right away even though it was a Saturday. He found the problem, which was a broken part, and was able to replace it in a few minutes. The price was reasonable and the responsiveness and service were excellent.

Great, we had a quick estimate and the fellow went over why he recommended one vent instead of multiple. Friendly, professional, informative, and didn't try to sell us on extras. The installation itself went quickly and without issue.
