The experience with Buckeye Heating & Cooling went really well. They did a good job and were very thorough.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He did an analysis and was able to pinpoint the problem immediately and proceeded with the repairs. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and what he did. We have noticed an increase in efficiency and a savings as compared with last year's bill.

It was fine. I would use them again.

It went okay. They filled it with freon a couple times to see what would work. It took about 3 visits for them to say you need a new compressor. They were very understanding when we were frustrated about all the visits and the price so they offered to apply it toward the compressor. Unfortunately, our insurance company wanted to go with another company.

Brad was very good at education. He took a great deal of time explaining all the options. We met with other companies but Brad provided more and better information. It was hard to compare price as each company had their own idea of what we needed. It was a little higher than we expected but we felt the energy savings was worth it.. Also there was a Lennox rebate on the units we bought. The installation went smoothly and the staff had answers to all of our questions.. They were very friendly and helpful..

I was surprised by how long it took to install both but the installion team was awesome (very polite), clean, and quiet (I worked from home so this was important!). Inspection passed no problem. The sales staff was very patient with me (I needed to think before spending so much money) and answered all my questions as they came about. In order to keep the warranty valid, we had to sign up for yearly inspections of the units but we have had no trouble so far with these inspections. No problems with the new Lennox system--heats and cools so much quicker than our older units.

The property inspector our buyers hired apparently did not realize the filter was sitting on top of the clips, so there was no problem. However, Buckeye serviceman agreed with the inspector's report, and the office suggested they have some sort of specialist come out to fabricate something to hold the filter in place. This no doubt would have been a huge additional cost. When my husband discovered that the original filter and now the new filter, installed by Buckeye, was installed on top of the clips, he adjusted it. I was given the run-around by the office trying to get an accurate receipt which was necessary for closing on the house, and the serviceman arrived with a very bad attitude on the second date of work. Very unprofessional and will not hire again!!!!

Excellent service with calling before coming out and pleasant staff. They serviced the furnace and tightened a few things and the problem stopped. Liked them so much I signed up for annual inspection of furnace and air conditioning.

Prompt in coming to home to inform me about Lennox furnace and air conditioner. Was able to install within one week.

Called Buckeye when our A/C would not work and they came out to troubleshoot. They determined that it was most likely the thermostat, which we decided we could fix this ourselves. We called them back after we changed the thermostat and the A/C still would not work. They performed more troubleshooting and determined that it was most likely a valve or we would need a whole new furnace (both of which would cost hundreds or thousands of dollars, respectively). They were very professional and helpful, but I don't think their troubleshooting was as thorough as another company we consulted. The trouble ended up being our thermostat, after all, and we could have paid thousands of dollars for no reason. When Buckeye returned the second time, I told them we installed the thermostat ourselves and even called the Honeywell hotline to make sure that we did it correctly. It was nice that they took our word for it, but it turns out a communication barrier with the Honeywell rep led to incorrect installation. The other company that we consulted doublechecked our work with the thermostat and figured out that it was not installed correctly.

Great. The technician was on time and got the job done quickly.

Although the initial phone calls to Buckeye Heating & Cooling went smoothly with friendly receptionists, we were disappointed with the rest of our brief experience. We were told that a technician would return our call within 10-15 minutes, so after not hearing for 30 minutes, we called back and had to re-state all of our information for another request. We did not end up hearing from a technician until almost 6 hours later (who was "very busy" that day)... when we had already gotten our furnace fixed via another company and our house was warm again.

I called Sunday 3/17 for emergency service as my heater went out around 8pm and I had a cold house with little kids. They said they would page their on call support person and I would hear back. I never heard back from anyone until Monday morning at 9am. They asked if we had been taken care of over the weekend. I said no but thanks anyway. They should be validating this much sooner if someone calls in for an emergency service, or put on standard business hours from 8 -5 and don't list that you support off hours calls.

Called for emergency service Sunday at 1:40pm. Heard nothing from them by 6pm. Called back. Heard nothing by 7:20pm. Called back. Cancelled. They use an answering service so I never was able to talk to anyone who actually does work or schedules anything. I will likely keep using them for scheduled maintenance - as I have for years for my house and some rental property. But I don't think I can trust them for urgent emergency service. Whenever I've actually worked with their people, it's been professional and high quality. But something is wrong, at least on this day, with their weekend coverage - the process needs to include having a dispatcher or working calling the customer within a reasonable amount of time to have a dialog about how long it's going to take, or how many appointments are ahead or something -- it can't just be this 'voicemail jail' business of leaving messages and waiting hours before anything (on in this case, nothign) happens.

What I liked about them is that they are very straightforward in their pricing. They were very responsive. They did not try to add on much of the features that I did not want. They are very professional. I got like 12 quotes for this job and their person, who stayed in contact with me for several days, after the initial meeting answered all my questions very quickly. I last used them in early October this fall. I used them to replace my furnace.

No complaints, professional, did job as advertised.

Technician arrived on time, was polite, friendly and efficient. I signed an agreement for regular twice-yearly service.

Buckeye H&C has been our home heating-and-colling maintenance company for several years. In summer 2012, we requested an estimate for new state-of-the-art furnace and a/c equipment which was provided in a most professional manner. It was followed properly by answers to the questions that we asked. The two technicians who installed the equipment in one day were excellent, communicative and professional. And we have always had, over rthe years,superb communication with and response from Diane. Although we have never met her, she would clearly be an asset to any company. We shall continue to have Buckeye H&C as our service company and shall be delighted to recommend the company to our friends (indeed already have). To all, our warmest thanks and best wishes.

They came when they said they would, and installed everything within the time they said they would. When I got home the day they'd come, I couldn't tell they'd been there - their cleanup was flawless. The only thing that was different was the control panel in the dining room. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for clear explanations, quality service, fair pricing and expectations exceeded.

Wife was up at early that morning and woke me as soon as smoke and noise of moter going out was apparent. I called Buckeye, with which we have a standing contract with annually. I got their answering serevice who took down the info and promised a call back after 8:00 AM. The outside temperatures were in in the low 20s and the house began to noticeabky lose heat. I started a gas fireplace which helped some. Buckeye had a lot of "No Heat" calls that AM, but beecause we had a contract with them they serviced us quickly and at no added cost over a regular service call. Their service man was very thorough in assessing the problem and found the motor was still uder warrantee. He replaced the part witout cost (The diagnosis and getting in to and taking the part out and replacing nd testing it took about 1.5 hours or more.) Their service man was very careful to not track in dirt through my wife's sewing area, which is finished out and carpeted. He also explained everything thoroughly to us. This is why I buy their contract each year - in addition to the two annual checks of our HVAC systems.

Although our A/C and furnace weren't very old, we took advantage of a "Big Deal" from Buckeye Heating and Cooling to have our A/C inspected and cleaned last year (cost was 55% off for the Big Deal). Fortunately, the Deal included up to 2 pounds of refrigerant, since Buckeye discovered it was a little low. The technician explained that there wasn't a leak, but it probably was not filled quite enough when it was installed. Everything has worked well ever since, even in the horrible heat of this past summer. They were prompt, thorough, and professional. We were so pleased with their service that we recently used them again for a minor furnace problem. (The heat sensor was dirty and needed cleaned.) They were just as prompt and courteous as before, and explained everything they did and why. Steve was our technician for this trip, and he was very pleasant and gave us good advice about keeping the heat sensor cleaned regularly. The "Big Deal" was a great introduction to Buckeye, and we would not hesitate to use them in the future for services or products.

Overall our furnace replace and install went very well.

Heater was failing to get temp above 50. Buckeye evaluated and said two parts failed and heater needed a cleaning. Fair price for services and parts - they were very receptive and professional. This is a rental property for me, so I had them schedule the service call with my tenants directly. Service was performed competently and quickly - the only delay was waiting for parts (1 day). I recommend Buckeye Heating and Cooling - you won't get ripped off and the job will get done right.

They were very knowledgable and informative. I would highly recommend them. They also helped us save on energy bills. Brad really knows his stuff and does good reliable work.
