I walked out of the "reception" area after waiting for a while (I was the only visitor) to find the right entrance for visiting customers because the only person sitting in the back in the large front room was on the phone and I felt that I was not welcomed at all. As I couldn't find any other place to go in, I reentered the front door and waited patiently until the same person was off the phone and slowly looked at me. She was knowledgeable about the business, and explained to me that one of the silver items couldn't be fixed (I took it home) and the silver teapot could be fixed and refinished (I left it with her). Half a month later, I picked up the teapot. It was refinished beautifully.

The pieces look a 100% better.

I really can't say enough to convey how pleased I was with the people and the workmanship. From the initial telephone call, right through to picking the pieces up, the staff treated me just wonderfully. The workmanship is beautiful. Re-plating the old hardware saved us about $400 over replacing it. That we were treated so well and the experience was so good as well, I don't have a moments hesitation recommending this firm.

THEY CALLED ME TO ADVISE THAT THE FINISH I HAD SELECTED WAS NOT LOOKING VERY GOOD AND I FOLLOWED THEIR RECOMMENDATION AND CHOSE A LIGHTER FINISH AND I AM VERY GLAD I DID. THEY HAVE A SILVER RE-PLATING SALE IN JANUARY, SO THAT IS THE TIME TO DO YOUR SILVER-REPLATING. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. IF YOU NEED THEM TO MAIL THE FINISHED PRODUCT TO YOU, THEY WILL ADD THAT TO THE LABOR CHARGE.

VERY AFFORDABLE, ALMOST SAME PRICE AS BUYING NEW HARDWARE; NICE JOB, RECOMMEND FOR ANY REPLATING JOB.
