Description of Work: I called Chris in a panic, my laptop wasn't working right and I am starting a new job, I needed it fixed right away. He came by and picked it up, reviewed the details of what was wrong, called me and told me what he found. He charged me way less than I expected, less than he shared. He not only fixed it, he delivered it in time for me to do the research needed to start my new job prepared. THEN told me if anything else is needed the repair would cost almost nothing. He is so very honest and totally any knowledge to remove the Trojan viruses and some programs that were running in the background that dominated the memory and made it run so slow. He repaired it quickly and got it back to me --- delivered it, so I am prepared to go to work tomorrow in a new position that I am prepared for because of him. Chris is awesome.
