 + 1 moreThe work went on pretty well. It took a long time since it was a major project. The employees of Brian Wiland & Associates were very personable, neat and nice. They used some subcontractors and we were very unhappy with them. The owner wasn?t very receptive to our complaints about the subcontractors, but other than that everything else was done. We were pleased with most of the result. We did have some issues and I don?t think my husband would use their services again. Every time when we look at the floor work done by the subcontractors, it reminds us about them. We also had to argue for a lot of the issues. They were great when it came to their punctuality.
Description of Work: We used the services of Brian Wiland & Associates about a year ago for major remodeling work. We had the front of our house redone and they also redid the entire kitchen.

 + -1 moreWANTED HIM TO DO SOME RENOVATIONS. HE SAID IT HAD TO BE DURING THE DAY AND MEMBER'S HUSBAND WASN'T ABLE TO TAKE OFF. PROVIDER GOT UPSET AND SAID SINCE THEY DIDN'T TAKE THE PROJECT SERIOUSLY ENOUGH TO TAKE OFF WORK, HE WOULDN'T DO IT.
