I want to sell my house next year and I am involved in a dispute with a contractor over the safety of conditions and neither can move forward because Brian won't give me a report of his findings. What good is his service if I don't have a report to refer to?

Project went great! Brian was available pretty quickly, and was knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He was able to spot and identify the root causes of all of the existing issues pretty much instantly. He's my go to guy now!

I would highly recommend Brian Engineering if you are looking for an honest, straight forward opinion. Brian took my call on Sunday afternoon and I was able to set an appointment for that week. I had a basement company out before and they recommended steel beams for a basement wall, which I didn’t think would fix the seepage I had just starting seeing after heavy rains. Brian noted that my foundation was structurally fine and recommended having the drain pipe on that side of the house inspected. I took his recommendation and the video inspection showed a crushed pipe.

Brian came the same day I called and was very reasonably priced. Got me the paperwork with stamped seal (elimination of potential code inspection problems) the next day. Also, likable dude which helps.

They were fine. They got the information in a timely manner.
