Brad had been doing yardwork and patio paver installation in my neighborhood so I asked for an estimate on my yard jobs. He scheduled me for an appt. He arrived on time, walked around the house with me taking notes as I explained what I wanted done and then said he would go around again on his own making more detailed notes. He thanked me and said he would discuss estimate in a day or so. The very next day he was ready with estimate. I agreed to his pricing and to ordering the mulch (double processed) from Kurtz Brothers, a location near his home that he could easily stop by to have loaded in his truck on way to my house. He fit me into schedule within a week and came with his brother. The two of them did excellent work, took care of everything on my list and walked around with me to be sure everything was OK. I paid for the mulch ($95), by phone, to Kurtz Brothers and paid the labor cost ($200) directly to Brad when job was finished. Very satisfied.
