Description of Work: Although they didn't perform the attic vent addition, Brad was very honest and helpful. He pulled my property up onGPS and said I didn't need the vents that a well known roofing company suggested. The vents would have interfered with the power vent that was already there (the other roofer said it was broken. It was actually on a timer!) I would definitely use them if I needed work done.

Description of Work: We had some wind damage from a severe storm. Other minor issues related to wear such as paint on the chimney flashing and the rubber seal to one of the vent pipes on the roof. The company owner went up on the roof and inspected everything. He carefully explained to us what needed repair. | |He was on time, completely professional, excellent communication, very fair price and really there isn't a single thing I thought could have been better. Bradley Builders get my highest recommendation and I would call him without hesitation for anything that needs attention in the future.

Description of Work: Brad gives very professional, prompt, and high quality service. I had a problem with a leak that turned out to be unrelated to the roof itself, which he had installed several years ago (also a first rate job). He temporarily caulked an area with broken mortar and suggested a company to do the mortar repair. He purchased and installed two new scuppers and downspouts to replace leaking ones. The new ones work beautifully. We did end up painting the downspouts ourselves with leftover house paint, before installation, because he does not do painting - but we did not find it to be very difficult. The prices seem a bit above average, but I believe the quality of service is worth it.

Description of Work: Brad replaced a few pipe boots, painted chimney metal, installed metal under broken shingles, cleaned skylights & gutters. | |After originally calling about a deal on Angie's List, Brad came by and inspected our roof. We talked and he recommended a few fixes and improvements. I think the work looks great, and I appreciate his honesty about what I needed fixed. I would highly recommend Bradley, if you need your roof repaired.

Description of Work: He solved a problem that was not corrected by other service organizations who worked on our chimney previously. Replaced old and leaking flashing around chimney involving cutting into mortar and fitting new flashing against chimney and under existing roofing. Repair stopped the leaking that was coming through the roof and into front bedroom ceiling. His diagnosis of the problem and solution has led us to ask for a bid on a second job involving leaking around some skylights on a family room addition that was done several years ago prior to our purchase of the house. We are confident that he will be able to solve this problem as well - though it will be a bigger job than the one he just did for us.

Description of Work: Service was excellent. Brad is very professional. He arrived at the scheduled time, rebuilt the "cricket" at the chimney, inspected for any other problems and caulked an additional torn shingle.

Description of Work: Bradley Builders just finished a roof repair job for me yesterday. I have had a problem with water coming through the roof during the winter months due to ice dams. Brad and his assistant did a superb job of installing Wintergard underlayment on the problem portion of my roof. They were on time, on estimate, and did an excellent job installing the product. I was very impressed with the professionalism provided and highly recommend Bradley Builders.

Description of Work: Bradley Builders reroofed entire house and detached garage along with fixing several leaking areas. Their crew was efficient, professionial, and did an excellent job of cleaning up all debri when the job was done. I would recommend Bradley Builders for any roofing job you may need.

Description of Work: I had called for an estimate to get some repair work done for a closing on my house. They let me know they could not meet the time frame I had to get things done so did not use them. However, they were very knowledgeable & answered any questions I had. I would feel comfortable hiring them in a different situation.

Description of Work: tear off old roof, replace damaged wood, install architectural shingles and roof vents on house and detached garage. Install new metal around chimney, paint all vents and have new custom cover made for one vent. Brad also added a vent for a bathroom fan yet to be installed. They cleaned up every night before leaving and it was spotless when they were finished.

Description of Work: I called Bradley Builders to discuss roof repair due to damage caused by the September wind storm. Brad called me back pretty promptly, but when we spoke about the damage, he made it very clear that he only does full replacements, not repairs. He chastised me for not reading his profile fully where it indicates that does not repair roofs, despite being listed in the roofing category. Overall, I did not appreciate Brad's condescending tone and will not be calling him in the future (we actually do need to have the two lower roofs our of house replaced, but will select another vendor).

Description of Work: Five years ago Brad replaced my roof and did a great job. After the recent hailstorm I had to have the roof replaced again. Compared to my neighbors, who had trouble getting any roofer to respond, Brad called me back right away, gave me lots of good advice on dealing with the insurance adjuster, gave me a reasonable quote, and has already scheduled the work.

Description of Work: CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE ON A RE-ROOF. HE HAD THE COURTESY TO PROMPTLY RETURN MY CALL AND LET ME KNOW HE WAS AT LEAST A MONTH OUT. GAVE ME SOME ADVICE WHEN LOOKING FOR ANOTHER ROOFER

Description of Work: COMPANY WILL NOT PERFORM ANY WORK OR ESTIMATE OF LESS THAN A FULL ROOF REPLACE. INSTALL OF NEW VENTILATION IS TOO SMALL FOR THEM TO BOTHER WITH. OWNER DID RETURN CALL, AT LEAST.
