Description of Work: I hired Bradley Builders to check my 16 year old roof. They did a very thorough review. They discovered some shingles which needed to be replaced and changed some downspout connectors which should have been done differently. They confirmed that recent work done by another company had been done correctly. They told me that there was a problem with the basketball hoop which was mounted on 2 x 4's and attached to the garage roof. The 2 x 4's had started to rot and were holding moisture on the roof. I had been told this before but had forgotten about it. I was very impressed with the ingenuity with which they fixed this problem. They devised a way to cover new 2x4's with metal to prevent moisture and then they remounted the hoop, attaching the 2x4's to the garage roof rafters for greater stability. The total price for the review, the shingles, the downspouts elbows and the basketball hoop repair came to $500.

Description of Work: I called this company to do a roof inspection after concern about the discoloring of our roof and some slight leaking at one corner of our skylight. I had read about this company in one of Angie's magazines. After leaving a message, Brad called me back that evening. We set an appointment time to inspect our roof. He arrived promptly and checked our attic and the roof. He said everything looked normal for a 13-year-old roof and it should last around another 13 years. Concerning the small skylight leak, he gave us a name of someone who could replace the seal. Brad was very thorough and helpful, even cleaning the skylight. I would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: Bradley Builders replaced my roof and corrected the vents on the roof of my house. I obtained 3 bids and theirs was the lowest by a small amount. I didn't select them because they were the lowest bid, I selected them because Brad was so thorough when he came to inspect my roof. One bidder never even asked to go in my attic. Brad explained what needed to be done and gave me options. He was also very patient when I was trying to decide what color to go with. I recommend going over to the showroom if you want to see a larger sized sample. | |My experience was very positive and would definitely recommend Bradley Builders.
