I cannot speak highly enough of Brad. I contacted him about a repair needed due to a leak somewhere in our bumpout roof. Brad came to the house and did the repair. Unfortunately, while it was something that did need done, it didn't stop the leak. Brad made it his mission to fix this leak that others had failed to fix over previously. He went so far as to look at aerial photos of our home, which is how he spotted the real issue! He came over, made the fix, and insisted we wait to pay until we were sure the leak was fixed. A few weeks later we had our first major rain storm and Brad followed up promptly to see if the fix had held and it had! I would highly suggest Brad to anyone with roofing issue.

Brad was extremely helpful. He came very quickly to make emergency repairs on very old skylights. He was able to tell us that although the roof needed to be replaced, it wouldn't be a problem to wait until spring. Brad is very detail oriented and reviewed his estimate in great detail and answered all of our questions. We told him the shingle color we liked and he gave us addresses we could look at to see the shingles actually on a roof. He did the roofing in two parts to accommodate carpentry that needed to be completed before the second part of the roof and skylights could be installed. He and his crew were here when we expected, finished the work in a timely manner and did a complete clean-up every day. We had a wonderful experience with Bradley Builders and would recommend this company to others.

Brad from Bradley Builders did a good job explaining how the roof vents would be properly sealed so that there would not be any rain water leakage into the attic. The installation was very professional, and the price was reasonable, so I will definitely go to them when I need a new roof in a few years.

We will never go with another company. Brad is so personable and friendly, and the quality of his work is beyond comparison. He is a quick communicator and has integrity in his work.

Overall very satisfied with Bradley Builders. Owner Brad Arensburg did the estimate and spent time with my wife and I explaining the job and estimate. Of the four quotes we got for the roof (including several larger companies with excellent reputations), his was the most thorough and was the only company that proposed removing the vinyl siding to replace the step flashing with new step flashing that matched the installation specs of the new shingle size, which my own research confirmed would be the best way to install the new roof. Brad's cost was not the cheapest option but also not the most expensive we were quoted, and offered the most thorough scope of work (the siding work added several hours of labor performed by Brad and his assistant exclusively). Estimate was done in late June 2019 and work was completed in early August. Cleanup was thorough and Brad was onsite throughout the day to supervise the work crew personally, working on the roof alongside his crew. The new roof looks great and we have had no problems with it since August.

Very thorough, very detailed, knowledgeable, created solutions to problems without being requested, completed work ahead of schedule, fair, honest, professional who takes pride in his work. On-site 95% of the time. Best clean-up job after work performed than I have ever experienced. Highly recommended.

Brad and his team did a great job installing my new roof and skylight. Brad took special care to correct a trouble spot where two sections of the roof met. This had caused water to drench my landscaping below with the old roof. Brad and his team arrived on time and were professional and polite. I highly recommend them.

Brad was the most detailed, honest, and thorough contractor I interviewed. He responded quickly to my questions. He provided multiple roofing options and explained the pros and cons of each product and installation method. And his price was competitive. I interviewed 3 large contractors and 2 smaller ones. Brad was the easily the best in my opinion. Installed everything in one day. Would hire him again.

Professional and informative which is greatly appreciated, scheduling and communication were detailed and specific. Brad was onsite for the job and able to explain any scenario or questions I had. We are very pleased with the work and love our new roof. Brad had sufficient manpower present to tear off the roofs and complete the new roofing in 1 day. They all worked very hard and we’re professional and careful. Brad was on site the entire time his crews were here. Professional and fair, overall great job and service

Bradley Builders did a great job on our roof. We had previously hired another roofer to do the job, but that company reneged on their contract. Time was getting short before winter and we needed to get the job done. Brad was able to adjust his schedule to get the work done. I have been in the building trades for 42 years and I know a quality job from a bad one. Every detail was done correctly. Brad was there every day working with his crew to supervise the job. Communication from him started at the time he came out to bid the job. He was in contact with me for the three days it took to do the job and, after the job. Bradley Builders is the kind of company you hope you get when you hire a contractor.

Extremely happy I chose Bradley Builders to do a complete roof replacement on my home. Every aspect of the process was top flight. The owner, Brad, is everything you hope to find in a contractor: conscientious, meticulous, honest, a master craftsman, and an excellent communicator. Throughout, communication was prompt and precise. From the first consultation, I felt I could relax and have confidence the job would be done to the highest standards. Brad took the time to explain every detail of the job and to answer every question patiently. There were no pressure tactics whatsoever. Brad identified some weak areas on the old roof where lax installation had caused problems and explained how his method of installation would eliminate those problems once and for all. I mention this specifically because I was so impressed he had picked up on those problem areas which had been concerning me for a while. The best roofing materials are used, and Brad is onsite working alongside the team during the project. He handles obtaining the permit, scheduling the inspection, and e-mailing you the inspection results. His team are efficient and extremely skilled, and by being onsite the entire time he ensures the work is done to his standards. During the walk through after completion, I noticed extra finishing touches like baffles installed to redirect runoff optimally. The flashing around the chimney is a work of art, as is the new downspout extension running across the roof to the existing gutter. My property was left in immaculate condition—not a shred of building material left behind. I could not be more pleased, and am so happy to have found such a great roofing company. I recommend Bradley Builders, Inc. without hesitation.

I volunteered to get some quotes for my mother-in-law's 19-year old roof that had been "fixed" (more than once). Finding a company that one can trust to do the job at a high quality can be a daunting task, as any representative can talk a good talk. After entertaining quotes from four different companies, I found that Angie's List reviews played a critical part in my final selection. I was not disappointed in my selection. I learned that Brad, the owner of Bradley Builders, personally supervises each job. His crew worked very efficiently together. Cleanup was excellent. In our case, we had a chimney that had been poorly flashed. Previous fixes just weren't doing the job. Brad, having years and years of experience, didn't just supervise the job. He personally performed his craftsmanship on flashing the chimney correctly. While it is true that time will be the ultimate test, I feel extremely confident that Bradley Builders was an excellent choice. I highly recommend them.

Communication was excellent. We knew what was happening and when at every stage of the process. On the first call Brad, the owner, could not answer the phone (because he was working). He called us back that evening. He gave us a low key sales pitch. (After two big companies, it was a welcome difference.) He took a week for the quote, but told us it would take that long. We had 5 estimates, 2 from big companies and 3 from A rated companies on Angies List. All were over $13,000 except Bradley Builders who was $10,500 + board replacement. (All quotes had a board replacement charge that cannot be estimated before the roof is removed.) Brad made sure we understood that there would be this extra charge. (Some vendors hid this expense in the fine print). The final price was $10,880. In our opinion, extremely fare. The work was great. They came at the time he told us. Warned us that it may take two days, which it did. Kept us informed on his coming and goings. (And his team's coming and goings.) Did I mention that we were happy with the communication? I can not evaluate the quality of the labor. I am not an expert, but the roof looks great. From our interaction, we trust him that he did a good job. A leak that we had, has not given us any more problems.

The job was performed exactly as it was communicated. Brad is a detailed communicator both verbally and in writing. He explains everything that needs to and will be done for the job. He is not pushy, but informative and professional. The job was completed during the days and times as communicated. The quality of the work is A+++. Brad stays at the job site to supervise and to guarantee the work is done to the highest quality. He obtains the a building permit and follows up by sending you the inspection report. Any questions, I had during the process where quickly answered either by email or phone. The clean up was perfect. I am 100% satisfied and happy with my new roof and would never go to anyone else for roofing needs again. I strongly recommend Bradley Builders Inc.

Had an issue from a previous roofer who sealed off my ridge vent, and was looking to have it fixed. As a reasonably handy person, I would typically fix something like this myself, but I was uncomfortable sitting on the pitch of our 1 1/2 story Clintonville Cape. Called around town looking for contractors, but wanted to find a local small business to support. Got several estimates and Bradley Builders was able to complete the fix for a very reasonable rate and within a very reasonable timeframe. Staff was friendly and courteous and carefully explained the fix and details.

Went well. Took most of one day and part of a second day due to the extreme heat. Brad explained everything he did and showed us photos of the completed project. He cleaned up the driveway thoroughly after he was done.

Bradley Builders did a great job from start to finish. He was the only contractor that got on the roof, checked the attic, and made suggestions to improve air flow that no one else suggested. We spoke the night before the work was to be done answered all my questions. When I came home from work the next day the roof was done and everything was cleaned up and spotless. He is coming out this month to replace my downspouts.

Brad is extremely professional and very detailed oriented. High quality of work. I would highly recommend Bradley Builders. The project went well over the course of a few days. Brad was working hands on and overseeing every aspect of the job site. At one point an error was noted in the alignment of the shingles and the mistake was corrected promptly with a smile.

Excellent. Brad was super prompt, responsive and courteous. He was the only one of the half a dozen service providers who called back, actually came out to inspect the leak, explain to me why how he may not be able to fix it until a day or so later (volume of work his company had after some bad storms). I really appreciated his professionalism, courtesy, sense of commitment, and honesty. I would hire him and or his company again in a heartbeat. He actually took pictures before and after and sent it to me via email, thoroughly explaining the problem and how it was fixed.

I called Bradley Builders about a potential leak with the chimney flashing. While discussing the issue, I mentioned that an old satellite dish fell over awhile back and I was only able to get that area caulked. Brad suggested replacing the shingles in that area, which is something I planned on getting to eventually, so it was perfect timing. Brad was very responsive and took care of both repairs in one day. The chimney counter flashing looks great. I appreciate the time that Brad took to make sure everything was done right. Excellent experience, would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! We called with a skylight leak, unsure if it was a flashing issue or something else. They were super patient with me during our phone calls as they attempted to problem solve the issue. Turned out, we didn’t actually have a repair needed but just needed to regulate the humidity in the house. Free (and extremely helpful) advice that helped avoid our furniture getting ruined. While we didn’t use them this time, we would definitely use them down the road for other roofing/skylight needs.
