They did a really great job. They cleaned everything up. They were really nice. After the new roof installation, though, we had a small leak from a non-functioning vent. We phoned him since he has a 5-year warranty, but he said the issue wasn't his fault since he wasn't told the vent was non-functioning to begin with which disappointed me.

Brad came to our house 2 years ago for an estimate. Brad met with us in person and gave us some unexpected news: He told us we could wait a couple years before replacing our roof. None of the other roofers we contacted mentioned this. After pricing a few other "A" rated companies on Angie's List, Brad was very competitive and based on our initial meeting we decided to go with him 2 years later. The work was completed on time and they were very neat. Lastly, Brad pointed out an issue with the stone on the front of our house being too close to the roof and thus the stone needed to be cut back so step and counter flashing could be installed. Brad coordinated this work with another contractor and made it a non-issue from our perspective.

Brad Arensberg did the best job analyzing the problem areas in my roof. He was the only contractor that provided a detailed proposal of the work to be done. Before we started the job, I felt comfortable that we had a good mutual agreement of the work to be done. His crew was very professional and courteous. They showed pride of workmanship and seemed concerned about doing a quality job during the entire process. They identified items during the job that if fixed would lead to more satisfactory result, which is what I asked them to do. I didn't want anything "glossed over" and we were able to work within the terms our agreement in a very easy and professional manner. I am really happy with my roof. They fixed a lot of problems caused by the original builder and my house looks the best it ever has. I would recommend Bradley Builders to everyone.

This company did an excellent job. The quote process was thorough and addressed the many details we required. Mr. Arensberg was professional, polite, on time and showed us that knew what he was talking about during the quote process. He gave us valuable advice on how to fix several problems. He kept an eye on the work as it progressed and did some of the more complicated work himself (such as cutting into brittle, cracked stucco). During the work, he addressed our questions and concerns. His workers did a good job and the site was cleaned before they left upon completion of the work. Insurance issues from hail damage entered the picture just before the work began. We were impressed with Mr. Arensberg's honesty and willingness to help us work with the insurance company. We were pleased that Mr. Arensberg demonstrated a very high degree of personal integrity in advising us of how to address the insurance questions.

1. Brad Arensberg made the best proposal among all we received. All companies would do the same tear-off and use the same shingles, but no other estimator had an understanding of proper attic ventilation, nor did thy have experience installing it. This is the factor that swayed our decision toward Bradley Builders. In the end, Bradley Builders' quote was equal to that of the other companies. 2. Before and after we signed the contract, visits, phone calls, and mailings were always on time and professionally executed. 3. The crew was efficient and neat as possible, and Brad was often working with them. He specialized in meticulously building the copper flashing around the chimney. At the end of each workday, the site cleanup was completed. 4. We are happy with the final product. The roof and flashing are neat, professional looking, and attractive. In addition, the attic ventilation is dramatically better, giving us fresh air circulation and, in the long run, longer shingle life.

Extremely professional. I would encourage folks to do business with this company. They come on time and come on estimate.

They did an excellent job. Brad the owner was very good at explaining to us what needed to be done and what was going to be done. Brad really supervised the job as well as took part in doing the work himself and he and his workers were very good. I certainly would call them again if I had a roofing problem. I would highly recommend them. They cleaned up very well. Both my husband and I were very satisfied. He was very honest and high quality.

When Bradley gave us an estimate, he told us we needed a new chimney cap (the old had been hit by lightning) and some branches removed from the roof line. Bradley did a very conscientious review of our needs. Some things were not code back when our house was built, and so he explained what was needed to bring our roof up to the standards. Bradley also told us where to go to get a good look at the different roofing options. Bradley's estimate was in the neighborhood of our other estimates, but his was more thorough and addressed more of our needs. We took a long time deciding on the vendor and the roofing material, which pushed the time back, but once things got started, they were very efficient;just a few days. A worker did some accidental damage, but Bradley made sure that someone was out at the house the next day to begin repairs at his expense. We have already received compliments on our roof and would recommend Bradley builders to others.

Brad gave us an honest opinion on our roof, repair it, don't replace it. He said it looked to be in good shape and that a couple hundred dollars of repair, would give it years of life remaining. Considering we're selling the house, it seemed the best option. He doesn't do repairs, so it wasn't in his best interest to recommend that, so that was a refreshing bit of honesty!

Won't do only garage roof = "too small for my company".

My house is 83 years old, 2-story brick and stucco with detached garage. This was a difficult job because of the slate roof that previous owners had shingled over. There was a large amount of heavy material (big pieces of damaged slate) to be removed. The removal was accomplished with only minor damage to plants surrounding the house. Considering the weather and the size of the job, I think it was completed in very good time. Brad "the owner" explained everything that he was doing in detail, and kept me informed of progress all along the way. I got several estimates, and this one was in mid-range. My choice came down to intuition, who I trusted to do the work right at a fair price, and I think I made the right choice. In addition, the roof is gorgeous !

Brad Arensberg, the owner, is as professional as they come. He took plenty of time to make sure he understood what the job entailed and that I understood what my options were for unique issues with a 1948 built house that had needed a new roof for 5 years or more. The price was the lowest of three estimates I got, and he worked with me on the scheduling and the timing of the payment. His workers were detail-oriented and Brad himself was onsite cleaning up nails. You won't find a more ethical and reliable roofer. By the way, it looks terrific. The quality of the work and the service was worth every penny, and then some.

We had a good experience. Bradley sits down with you before you contract and thoroughly listens to your concerns and thoughts, and then comes back with a game plan to address your wants. He was polite and very thorough. When the work commenced, they were faced with almost daily rain and thus structured their work to always protect against water damage. The crew worked hard and long whenever weather permitted. Bradley's price was in the middle of other A listed Angie providers. In sum, I was very pleased and would rehire Bradley if I had a roof which needed repair.

The owner, Brad Arensberg was prompt and professional and patient and extremely detailed with his answers to my many questions. He even included instruction manual illustrations with specific information highlighted.

If you are looking for a quality roofing job, this is the company to pick. From the first time Brad came out to inspect our roof, I knew this was the company I wanted to do the job. Brad listened to our concerns, took these things into account with his inspection and explained his remedies to our problems to our satisfaction. We found his company to be detail oriented, punctual, hard working and most of all quality oriented. I knew that when we hired this company, quality would not be an issue and we would have an excellent job done. Brad was either out on the site inspecting the job or was working along side of his team. The team was hard working, did a good job of clean up and most of all, gave us a quality product. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a first class roofer who can put your mind at ease knowing quality comes first.

I did not use this company, because he only works on bigger jobs, but he helped know what was important in looking for in a contractor. I called back later with a question about a product and he answered it for me. He was really responsive. He still called back to advise me even though he knew I wouldn't use him. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

The roofer was very good, and thorough at explaining the procedure, and various options, which is good, because there are many factors to consider, even on a small scale project. For instance on our older home, the crown molding in the attic would need to be removed for the vented drip edge to function properly. Other roofers contacted never mentioned details like that. The tear-off and construction went well. I felt in-the-loop regarding their schedule and progress. It was good to see the same faces each morning, including Bradley himself. There were 2 add-on items not in the original bid that we wanted to add that couldn't be handled for various reasons, but if you get those points into the original estimate, it should not be a problem. The clean up was a bit rushed and not as through as I would like. I am finding bits of shingle and nails around the yard. But Bradley Builders was significantly under other estimates I received, and they did a good job.

Bradley was very careful in making sure he would be providing the product that was best for our house, and that we could afford. He was courteous and met with us before giving us a quote. During the project he was available to call for questions and he checked in on his workers often. They seemed to have a good relationship with him as well. He has also stopped by to check on the clean-up situation. Since much of the debris from the work was frozen in the snow during clean-up, they will return to pick up left-over nails now that a magnet can really pick them up. We are overall very pleased. The work looks nice and well done. We wish he did more than just roofs so we could hire him again.

I recommend Bradley for excellence & integrity. His bid was the only 1 of 4 A-rated Angie's roofers to address & give solutions for problems with asbestos siding & proposed ridge vents, & bad chimney work. His cost included the above & bat proofing multiple dormers, yet was lower than most. He did the more complicated tasks himself, was on site a lot to check the work & answer Q's. His foreman & crew were prompt, speedy, professional, courteous & very hard working. Clean up was great. There seemed to be good exchange & respect between him & his staff. He gives a great deal of info. I couldn't decide on shingles, so he dropped off bundles of these, then referred me to some addresses to see how the shingles look on actual houses. I was too impatient to think through options on trim, but when the job was nearly done wanted to change it. He handled my upset well. He removed an iron stain which appeared later w/o charge, though after research he couldn't discover the cause.

PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, POLITE, AND COURTEOUS. HE CAME BACK AND REPAIRED A GUTTER (HE DID NOT DO THE DAMAGE) AT NO CHARGE. I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN AND HAVE REFERRED HIM TO OTHERS.

BRAD WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, WE WALKED AROUND THE HOUSE AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND LEFT A DAY EARLIER THAN PLANNED.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A ROOFING COMPANY, DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER. WE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY FROM START TO FINISH. BRAD, THE OWNER, IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WILL MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT ONE DETAIL THAT IS OVERLOOKED. HE IS VERY THOROUGH AND RESPONDS VERY PROMPTLY TO EVERY PHONE CALL AND QUESTION. BRAD MADE SEVERAL TRIPS TO OUR HOUSE WHILE THE WORKERS WERE HERE AND MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND FEEL COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.

BRAD WAS RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL, INVENTIVE AND, AS USUAL, TRULY CONCERNED ABOUT THE WELL-BEING OF OUR ROOF. HIS ESTIMATE WAS DETAILED AND VERY REASONABLE. HE GOT THE JOB DONE IN NO TIME, AND WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT. WE JUST WISH ALL OUR INTERACTIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTORS WOULD GO AS SMOOTHLY AND IN SUCH A PERSONABLE MANNER. BRAD IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL ROOFING MATERIALS AND APPLICATIONS. KUDOS TO HIM AND HIS TEAM.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. BRAD IS A VERY DETAILED BY THE BOOK KIND OF GUY WHO TAKES HIS WORK SERIOUSLY. HE WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST THAT WE FOUND IN DOING OUR COMPARISON OF 6 OTHERS, BUT WE FELT HE WOULD DO THE JOB RIGHT, AND FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. HIS WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY, AND BRAD DOES SOME OF THE WORK HIMSELF, AND IS THERE TO CHECK ON THE JOB. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEIR WORK WAS COMPLETE. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT AND NO MORE LEAKS!!

BRAD CAME OUT AND WENT UP ON THE ROOF WITH MY HUSBAND BEFORE SENDING US AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. WE ALSO SPOKE WITH HIM SEVERAL TIMES AFTER HIS VISIT. HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO GO OVER HIS ESTIMATE WITH US, AND COMPARE IT TO THE OTHER ONES WE'D RECEIVED SO THAT WE'D HAVE A BASIS FOR A DECISION. THE MAIN REASONS THAT WE DIDN'T HIRE BRAD TO DO OUR ROOF WERE THE COST (HE WAS THE HIGHEST OF FOUR ESTIMATES), AND THE FACT THAT HE ONLY OFFERED A TWO-YEAR WARRANTY, THAT WASN'T TRANSFERABLE OVER AND ABOVE THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.
