Excellent job with attention to detail.

Brad first gave us an estimate in January, and we were impressed with his consultative approach. His goal was to correct our problem, not just to repair a roof. We had several estimates, but Brad was one of only two who asked to see in the attic. He helped us find we had a moisture problem, and he developed recommendations to correct the problem. We had an actual leak later in the year, and Brad put on a tarp to protect the inside. He kept following up with us until we made a decision to install in August. Of course, we delayed until after oil and Ike prices made his original estimate go up (our delay - not his)! Brad was here within a few weeks of our final approval. He had a professional crew who were on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Brad was here to make sure the work was done to his and our standards. He recommended some additional solutions while the job was in process. The job was on time and on budget. We were extremely pleased with Bradley Builders, and have already recommended him to a friend.

Brad and his crew were great from start to finish. No problems encountered. Fair price, excellent work and communications.

Everything was explained down to the small details. Came on the date he said that he would come and finished the job in the time he said he would. Brad was very professional. He had two employees with him that he supervised closely and all three of them worked full days until the job was done.

When I called Mr. Brad Arensberg, I had to leave a message on his answering machine. He was very prompt in returning the call and was out within a week to look at the job and speak with us. At that meeting we were able to present problems that we wanted rectified, and he was able to point out problems he noticed. Brad was very professional in dealing with us every step of the way. We got the feeling right away that he would do the job right the first time and he did not let us down. He always returned our phone calls and would verify with us exactly what we wanted included in the contract. Brad was on the job every day with his crew of 3 men. These men have been working with him a long time, and work directly under his supervision every day. They worked steadily and thoroughly to complete a beautiful roofing project that I know I will get my money's worth out of!

It went very smoothly. During the estimate phase, Brad was very precise in describing what was needed and readily answered my questions. And I liked the fact that his subcontractors had worked for him for quite a while. For the scheduling of the job, Brad was able to accommodate my own schedule, and I appreciated this. During the job, the subcontractors were very diligent and did more of the routine work while Brad did some of the more meticulous work. Brad kept me apprised of the status of the work, either in person or through telephone messages. And they did a great job cleaning up; I found no nails on the driveway, and the garage was cleaner than before the job started. The roof looks great, and I like looking at it.

He was very professional and I thought they did an excellent job. Price was slightly higher than other estimates, but they did do some things the other companies may not have done.

We began the job with a big advantage because we have a family member who is a roofer in another state. Thus, we knew essentially what we needed and what had to be done. Brad (the owner) came by and discussed the job with us in detail, including issues created by the aluminum siding and dormers on our house. He evaluated our attic ventilation and recommended a ridge vent and additional soffit vents. Brad came by a few days later to measure the roof and followed up with a quote which discussed all of the points we had discussed, listed item by item. He listened to our concerns far better than any of the other contractors with whom we discussed the job. The work was done exactly as Brad had described. This is a relatively small business, and Brad was on site daily to look after the job and the crew from beginning to end, often working with them. The weather was questionable on some days, and they timed their work beautifully so that unfinished areas were never exposed to rain. They also made tremendous efforts to prevent any damage to siding, our new garage doors, and plants. Each day they cleaned thoroughly before leaving. The crew was extremely hard working and meticulous; even our neighbors noticed! The final job looks outstanding; from the road the house has more curb appeal than before. We don't anticipate needing Brad's services again for many years to come and recommend his company without reservation.

This was a top-notch experience. Brad - the owner - gave us a very detailed estimate, explaining exactly what would be done and why. He showed us the problems in our original roof design and how he would fix them. The work was done timely and very well. The new roof looks beautiful. There were no debris or garbage left on my property - except for the new roof, you wouldn't have known they were here. Brad gave me the most expensive of the three estimates I received, but after talking with him I believed it would be worth the extra money and I believe I was right. He was very detailed and meticulous and obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Brad is the consummate professional and the work was performed on time, on budget and without incident. Working with this company was an absolute pleasure.

Bradley first gave us a competitive bid for the job. His price wasn't the very cheapest but we could tell by comments and recommendations made that he knew what he was doing and that we would get quality work. We also called a couple prior customers who confirmed our opinion. Before he would start the work, he recommended structural repairs (which he does not do, so he wasn't just trying to increase his cost) to make the finished work and building last longer. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would do and cleaned up the site so thoroughly we could hardly tell he had been there, except that we had a shiny new roof. We have referred Bradley to others, and we plan to have him replace our house roof. I have only one complaint - he only does roofs!

I was very impressed with Brad from our first meeting. He educated me on what you need when you replace a roof which was exactly what I needed. I knew nothing about roofing. I felt so confident with Brad that although I did get other estimates, I wanted his company to replace my roofs. They started the job as soon as the weather cleared and cleaned up everyday. The roofs not only look beautiful, my property was in better shape when they were finished than when they started. He updated me every day on what was done and what needed to be done. I didn't have to be home when they worked because I knew Brad kept a close eye on his crew and made sure everything was done correctly. They even swept out my disgustingly dirty garage floor. I love this company and if everyone did business like Bradley Builders, this world would be a better place.

Bradley Builders did a superb job with my roof. The work was excellent, the workers were pleasant and respectful, they did the work when promised, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED! 2 or 3 years earlier, upon being told our roof needed replaced. We received 4 bids. Brad was the only one to tell us that our roof had 2 or 3 more years life. The final cost was exactly as estimated and I feel I got exactly what I paid for. Professionalism and quality of work are what I appreciated most about this company. We would absolutely hire them again and I would recommend them to others. Keep up the good work, Brad!

Bradley Arensberg is the most conscientious and articulate contractor I have ever encountered.

Brad and his helpers showed up to work on time. They tore off the chimney that we wanted taken off the house. They were very professional. They did the job in a timely manner for excellence. They cleaned up all around the house. They were the only company that would take the chimney out.

Brad and crew were punctual every day of the job. Safety - Brad made sure the crew was safe on the job. They had the right materials and tools for the job with them. His work and estimate were in alignment - this was appreciated from a budget perspective.

It took longer than expected (weather delays), but they covered every detail and did a great job. Great daily cleanup and final cleanup. Kept us informed when problems arose and suggested options for fixing them.

I was very happy with this job from start to finish. Brad gave me a very detailed description of what would be involved with the job and asked questions about how I wanted to handle every aspect. (The price paid was higher than the initial estimate but I knew it might be depending on the condition of the wood.) I trusted him completely and took his recommendations in every instance. He made some suggestions that resulted in me getting additional deserved insurance money for which I would have not known to ask. The workers were very polite and clean. My garage was cleaner inside after they finished. I would definitely recommend Brad to anyone else.

I found Brad on Angie's List of roofers, along with about five other roofers. Not only was he the most responsive, I engaged his services because he presented the most intelligent, appropriate work proposal for an appropriately reasonable fee. I also felt very comfortable with him and felt I could trust him. He worked me into his schedule at the earliest possible date and the work progressed without disruption, weather permitting. His crew was efficient and respectful of me and my property. His supervision of them and the work as it progressed was very satisfactory - I was just able to go about my business with no concerns. As far as I am concerned, both Brad and his work are first rate - he gets five stars, all A's from me. I notice that he has had "super service" awards for 2000 through 2006. He should have another one for 2007. I have told him to feel free to give my phone number to anyone who wants a personal reference which I would give with absolutely no reservations.

From the moment Brad first came into our home I could tell this was not the normal roofing contractor. He went to great lengths to examine the existing roof and even went into the attic to look at the wood. Brad explained step by step what his company could and could not do. The estimate was detailed and complete. Although Bradley Builders wasn't the cheapest estimate we had received, we felt that they would do the job the way we wanted it done and to a high standard level. We were correct. Brad's crew (including Brad himself) gave a us a fantastic new roof. They kept the debris to a minimum and organized everything each night. That was important to us since we have two small children and a dog that wanted to use the yard each evening. The job took one week to complete, and while that might seem like a long time compared to some other companies in town, I feel that the work was of a very high quality. I would recommend Bradley Builders to anybody.

Work was performed very well. Quality job throughout, which was a reflection of Brad's attention to detail. Very pleased with new roof slope in back. Drainage no longer a problem. Minor comment: We had to coordinate with chimney/tuckpointer to ensure chimney flashing grouted into chimney; but Brad recommended a good company to do the work. Price was in line with expectation.
