It went extremely well. The business owner was personally on-site and helped with the work. He was very careful to listen to our concerns and come up with solutions to problems that we had been having. They were very careful not to damage shrubbery, decks, etc. They were very thorough in cleaning up. We were extremely happy with all phases of the job.

The owner responded to my email within 24 hours and then personally performed the work right away based on his availability. He was very meticulous and able to precisely locate the small roof leak. He performed some other minor roof repair, inspected the roof and then even cleaned out my gutters while on the roof. A service he normally does not do. He seems very knowledgeable about roofing materials and installation. I would definitely hire again.

Bradley Builders did a tear-off/replacement of our 20 year old roof and the job he and his company did was exceptional. He approached our job with integrity in terms of workmanship, safety, and service, and kept an open line of communication with us at all times, informing us of everything we needed to know and thoughtfully answering all our questions. He gave every aspect of the job his careful attention, from the big picture all the way to the smallest detail, from the daily coordinated delivery/pickup of the shingles and dumpsters, to being onsite during the work, to completing a thorough final clean up of the property himself. He is a trustworthy, conscientious, and personable individual, and the job he did reflects that and is a great credit to his company. Everything about the work was done right the first time so I’ll never need to call him again, which is oddly too bad since I’d hire him in an instant if he did other contracting or rehabbing. Reroofing this place was the biggest job I’ve had to hire out on this property and it was such a relief that it all fell into place without a hitch. It’s nothing short of the roof over our head- and the work couldn’t have been better.

Brad and his team did a wonderful job. He was very responsive when I initially called for an estimate and kept in touch with me prior to the actual work being performed. He set forth expectations and provided a very detailed explanation of the work and his timeline. The crew did a great job with the install. They were thorough and did the work exactly as contracted and the clean up was exceptional when they finished. I highly recommend Bradley Builders.

We called Brad because we had recently discovered water damage to the ceiling in our front hallway due to a long-standing leak. We assumed the water was getting in from the seam between a dormer and the roof. Brad searched high and low to find a leak before discovering the problem was with the siding and not the roof. He demonstrated to my husband how wind can lift the siding in one spot on the dormer driving in rain and eventually rotting some of the wood. Brad does not do siding but was able to caulk and fasten down the siding temporarily until we can get someone in to address the problem. Brad worked diligently for two hours to find the source of the water, searching carefully both on the roof and in the tight quarters of the access area to the dormer. I'm sure many others would have given up long before finding it. We were thrilled to get an answer to our problem even though we must continue our search for someone to repair it. It was money well spent.

Contacted Bradley Builders about replacing the roof. We were not sure if the roof had sustained hail damage and needed an opinion and estimate before contacting the insurance company to make a claim. Jim returned my initial call within a few days. Scheduled a time to come out to inspect and give an estimate. Was on time and offered to be here when the insurance adjuster made his visit. Once the insurance company came back with their estimate for the work, Bradley Builders negotiated with the insurance company the difference between the insurance estimate and their estimate and got the insurance company to approve the builders estimate for repairs. Brad then contacted us about scheduling the work and what to expect. They started work at 7:15a and finished around 2p. Brad was there for most of the work. Place was completely cleaned up after. Brad followed up by sending the invoice to the insurance company for them to cut the final check. Would absolutely recommend Bradley Builders and will be going back to them if we ever have any roof work.

I was incredibly impressed with Bradley Builders Inc. from start to finish! When I first met with Brad, he was very professional and I felt confident that he was giving me an honest estimate for my roof. During the actual construction, Brad's team was thorough and conscientious of not only our home, but our time as well. The roof looks awesome! Excellent. It took a few more days to get a quote than another company and it was a bit more expensive, but I still preferred Bradley Builders since the level of detail was impressive. Every square inch of our roof was inspected and we were shown all the problems our roof had (with the other company, the inspection & quote was quicker, but it wasn't as highly detailed as Bradley). For me, I'd rather wait a little bit more & pay a little bit more for the peace of mind knowing someone is doing an excellent job. On the day of the actual roof change, it was all done in one day. I've had many jobs done by many contractors and they all end up taking more time doing the work, but with Bradley everything was done in one day.

Excellent, above and beyond! Attention to detail and quality seem to be Brad's top priorities. Work was done on time, as scheduled, and cleanup was thorough and courteous to my neighbors. I suspect they even fixed a few minor gutter issues while they were at it; plus the cost and payment terms were very reasonable. If you want the job done RIGHT, hire Bradley Builders.

Excellent, from initial meeting (to work up a bid), through diagnosis and actual installation. Of the three bids we solicited, Brad Arensberg did the best diagnosis of what was needed, and price-wise seemed the fairest too. He and his crew showed up when promised, beat a rainstorm by finishing the initial shingling in time, and gave us a couple of weeks' time after completion, in case we spotted problems or had questions. I'd wager they will be the best hire for any service they provide.

Bradley did an excellent job. He suggested a rubber roof for one section that did not have much slope. That has worked out very well. The rest of the traditional shingled roofing is very well done. His workers did a good job of cleaning up debris before they left for the day.

I am so very happy and relieved that I chose Bradley Builders for my roof replacement. I had made sure to do my research, and they were clearly what I wanted for quality and value. The roof is beautiful. Brad is a true professional, and his experience and attention to detail was evident in all he did. He and his team were punctual and efficient.

Excellent. Brad was great communicating ahead of the job and closely monitored the progress of the work. He paid close attention to detail. The job was completed quickly and the clean up was impeccable.

Disappointing experience. Hired this company to detect and remediate a persistent leak in a one-story addition. They were to have replaced some shingles and flashing. It was also my understanding they found a rotted section of support structure would replace it. After the work was done I discovered they had damaged a small tree that was in the way. Not a major issue, but the owner was dismissive. Was prepared to overlook, but then discovered that the leak had not been fixed. Did not want these people to come back out, given their attitude and performance, so I hired another company to do the same work. They uncovered the rotted spot during the course of their work, which told me that Bradley never did what they said - or at least if they did what they said they hadn't done it well. As I said, disappointing experience.

We were delighted by our interactions with Brad (the owner) and most important, we were delighted with the results that he and his team delivered. We think that the roof looks great, and we have received many compliments from our neighbors about it. Equally important, we found Brad to be a man of outstanding integrity, and in our opinion, this has likely been the key to his company's longstanding success. Brad oversaw the job himself, and we found him to be extremely careful to set clear expectations with us. Then he repeatedly demonstrated that he was totally committed to delivering exactly what he said that he and his team would do. Our assessment was that Brad is particularly careful to ensure that his teams do not cut any corners in order to get a job done faster, but at the expense of quality. We also appreciated that he offered his opinions and useful insights to us in an appropriate way. While not in his main line of business, we were grateful that Brad agreed to install new gutter covers for us at an agreed-upon hourly rate, mostly because he knew that we viewed the gutter covers as the final piece to completing our overall roofing project. Finally, we felt that we received a very fair price for the work.

Last weekend we had a leak over our kitchen area. Called Bradley after other roofers quoted 3-4 wks. Initially Bradley said 1-2 wks. but called Thur. to say they could do it Friday. The repair was quickly and efficiently done with suggestions on other improvements. These people are professional and on your side and fair with reasonable prices. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I’ve worked with Bradley Builders several times repairing and replacing my roof, and I continue to be impressed with the high quality of the work and the truly excellent service. Brad is exceptionally professional and trustworthy, with great communication skills (usually responds within the day and explains everything very clearly and thoroughly), loads of expertise that he’s willing to share, and very high standards! When doing the roof replacements, he stays the entire time and is very focused and meticulous. He’s also been very respectful of my budget and circumstances, accommodating different levels of repair/replace. I’ve recommended him to family, neighbors, and friends, and have also used him as a source for trustworthy referrals for other services, like pest control or flooring. In other words, he’s really a valuable resource to have!

Very smoothly. Brad was very busy but he kept me informed of when he would be able to view the problem. He arrived when he said he would and after viewing the problem he communicated very completely what he thought was causing the problem and what he planned to do to fix it and the estimate to do the work which he did immediately. Having used Bradley Builders to repair a leak in the past we were not hesitant to have them replace the shingles and a few weak points in our entire roof. The entire job was done in 2.5 days, including setup and cleanup. We were and are still very impressed by the workmanship of Bradley Builders.

Brad initially impressed us with his quick response to my phone call-same day. I gave him an overview of the situation we were in with an insurance claim and he walked me through what the process would look like on his end. He had clearly worked with insurance claims before. Brad came and met us that same week to take a look at our roof. He gave us a thorough inspection and a detailed estimate of the work that would need to be done. One piece of information that was not discussed in detail with the other companies we received quotes from was the importance of proper flashing. Brad gave us a lot of information about the importance of flashing! As my husband and I did some more research on our own, it became clear that flashing is vital to protection from water. Brad was quick to send a scanned copy of his contractors license and several references before we agreed to work with him. When we were ready to pick out shingle colors, Brad gave us multiple houses within a 3 mile radius that we could view with the colors we were thinking about. These houses were all projects that he had completed. It was so reassuring to see so many neighbors who have worked with Brad before. He also lives very close to us and it was nice to know that our neighbor who lives down the street and cares very much about his craft, would be the person doing the work on our house. Brad and his team went the extra mile during the project. They worked in a timely manner, but the project was thoroughly supervised with Brad on-site. Clean-up was impeccable. Brad also communicated with our insurance company when they needed more information about the project. He generously donated part of the work that he believed should be covered, but wasn't by our claim. I really just can't say enough about how great it was to work with him, and how much respect I have for his attention to detail and integrity. My husband and I feel confident about our roof and would highly recommend Bradley Builders to our friends and other neighbors.
