This company is superb. We became concerned about our roof and called Brad. He came to our home within days, having researched our home in property records. Thus he knew the age of the home and was familiar with many of the construction techniques used in our neighborhood when our home was built. He allayed our fears about several concerns with his honest and informed approach. When we made the decision to replace the roof several months later, we were very impressed with the professionalism of this company. The work was done as promised with good clean up. We highly recommend Bradley Builders.

It was great. Brad was beyond conscientious, and super careful with details. He was patient and clear to an unusual degree (in any profession, much less roofing) and left no doubts or ambiguities about the scope of his job. He seemed honest and gave the impression of not trying to fleece us at every turn. There are a lot of fly-by-night roofers out there, so it is important to work with someone local, like Brad, who will be here if things leak (which hasn't happened with this roof, but has with work done by other roofers in the past). I got multiple estimates on the project, and Brad's was the lowest. I mention this to make it clear that his service is economical, but I would have paid more for his level of attention to detail and clarity of explanation. I wish the people at my own job were as good at communicating. Anyway, if you're serious about good quality and want to reduce the number of boo-boos that happen from poor communication, this is your man. I recommend him enthusiastically and with no reservation.

Brad and his crew did a great job from start to finish. Brad is extremely communicative, professional, punctual and a perfectionist. He is very knowledgeable about all things regarding the roof, as well as many other building applications. His crew was punctual, hardworking and always polite. After consulting 5 roofing contractors, I chose Bradley Builders to do the job for several reasons and happy I did so. 1. I liked Brad's solution to our venting problem better than the other companies 2. He was very accomodating and agreeable to install 2 tubular skylights and did a great job with that task for a reasonable price (it was an add-on). 3. He actually took our entire house renovation into account and made great suggestions, such as helping us install a new bathroom fan housing and vent since there was very little room for someone to actually get into the attic space. He worked from the roof deck to install the fan where non previously existed. He even accomodated our electrician's schedule so he wouldn't have to squeeze into a ridiculously tight space to hook it up. 4. He was very reasonable priced. Several other companies were much higher in price, and several others were in the same price range as Bradley Builders. 5. He was able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time and kept me informed at all times before, during, and afterwards. 5. He didn't rush the job and I felt like he took the time to do a good job. 6. He took a personal interest in our project and made recommendations not related to the roof that I found to be very helpful and informative. I truly respect his advice and opinions. The roof looks great, they thoroughly cleaned up the construction site and I will definitely use Bradley Builders for my next roofing project. With the many contractors I've been using on this whole house renovation that has been going on for 5 months now and still not finished, Brad has been the most professional and pleasant to work.

Great from start to finish. We had a tough time choosing among several excellent and highly-rated roofing companies on Angie's List. We liked the fact that the owner was an on-site worker and that he was the person we dealt with each time we made contact. We had some trepidation when our scheduled date arrived and the weather turned bitterly cold, but the owner took time to assure us that he and his crew would not hurry through the job and cut corners to avoid the harsh weather. The company's pricing was extremely fair and right in-line with what our insurance adjuster allowed after our deductible. The company was able to answer all our questions during our pre-job interview and during the course of the job. We really appreciate that there was pride in the workmanship, and that our project wasn't simply looked at as "just another roofing job".

Brad is always professional, informative and patient with questions. He does quality work and truly looks out for his clients best interest. The roofing work went very and looks great. As an out of town property owner, Brad makes time to take photos before, during and after the work is complete which makes me feel as if I was on the job sight. As a Landlord with several buildings I have worked with a lot of subcontractors. Brad is the best of the best hands down, extremely professional, conscientious, and through. He was careful to explain everything he was going to do and why. He communicates his high quality standards when presenting the proposal and delivers on them. He was very quick to respond to initial inquiry and provided a complete quote. He and his crew arrived when promised and finished a day early. The work was completed for the agreed upon price. I plan to use Brad again in the spring on another complete re-roof job.

Bradley Builders was the third contractor to give an estimate. Unlike the other contractors, who wanted to install eave vents and ridge vents, Brad pointed out that because of the lack of continuous air flow between the eaves and the roof ridge, eave and ridge vents would provide little ventilation to help cool the upstairs in the summer. (the upstairs is a remodeled attic). This insight was much appreciated. The subsequent work was done carefully, and Brad consulted with me whenever an issue arose. Even though there were several days of rain after the work began, the roof was carefully protected and no leakage occurred from the partially completed roof. The job took several days because of the weather, but I was very pleased by the work done by Brad and his crew, and would highly recommend Bradley Builders to anyone looking for a careful job done at a reasonable price.

In 2008, Bradley Builders replaced our roof and skylight. Five years later, a small water leak dripped from the top of the skylight frame. Brad, the owner, said he guaranteed their workmanship so I called him to fix the leak. Brad personally came out the very next day and fixed the leak at no cost. Brad went above and beyond by also inspecting the roof at no cost. Six months later, the skylight is still leak free. Brad is the consummate professional and does exactly what he says he will do.

Brad was a dream to work with. He was thorough and did everything professionally and competently. He took special care to secure a couple of tricky places on my roof that previous roofers had done a poor job on which resulted in leaks in the past. Because of the way he took care of those areas, I know I'll never have problems with them again. He and his crew worked well together, were easy to work with and left my yard cleaner than it was when they started. The finished roof looks even better than I imagined it would! Brad also recommended the services of professionals who provided insulation and masonry work that needed to be done before he started on the roof. His recommendations were also top-notch.

We needed a new roof so we got quotes from several highly rated companies. Bradly Builders really stood out. They're the only company we talked to where the sales person (Brad) was also the guy who was going to do the job! Being a small company, lower overhead = better price. Brad is a tremendous person. He really cares about the job and getting it done right. Some of the nice touches he did included new flashing for our chimneys and plumbing vents. None of the other companies we talked to even offer that. If you own an older home and just want someone to slap on a new roof, look elsewhere. If you live in the Clintonville area and want someone who will do the job as if it were there own home, give Brad a call.

Our experience with Bradley Builders was excellent. Service was handled professionally from initial meeting through project completion. All of the planned work was explained thoroughly beforehand and contingiencies were also outlined. During the work phase, utmost care was taken with regards to safety, our being able to leave and enter our home, and preventing damage to our or our neighbor's properties. Cleanup was thorough. Mr. Bradley was always polite and courteous. He examied the condition of the roof and advised me on what should be done. He carefully explained everything in detail and told me the cost up front. His price was very reasonable. He is a professional and his work showed it.

Contacted Brad for an estimate. He came out on time, walked us through what was necessary to repair/replace in order to make the roof perfect. I received a written estimate within a few days. He kept in contact with us through email/by phone as we waited for insurance to approve repairs (as the damage was caused by wind). He and his crew left our yard in perfect condition and even brought our trash can in from the curb (it was trash day when our roof was put on). Our new garage roof was put to the test the next day with severe storms and held up perfectly. Very professional, Great job!

I needed to have an existing shingle roof replaced and contacted several different contractors for the job. A couple of estimates were very high, one was extremely low and and two others were in between. I decided to go with Bradley Builders (one of the two in the middle) and was very happy that I did. Brad (the owner) came out to do the estimate and was very thorough and detailed with what was needed and how the job would be performed. I liked the fact that I was dealing with the owner and not a salesman. Additionally, Brad was on-site probably 95% of the time (he was only gone if he needed to pick up needed materials). We ran into a situation where my existing roof decking needed to be replaced and Brad was very careful to make sure it could be accomplished in the best and most economical fashion. The job was started when Brad said it would be and was finished within the expected time frame. The new roof looks great and I could not be more pleased with the work. Thanks Brad!

Brad was very thorough when he came to our home to measure for the estimate. He explained everything that goes into replacing a roof. He even gave us tips on other services that we will be using in the future. That was very helpful to us as we have had a few bad experiences with the larger companies. The roof project went great! This was a great experience. Brad was so patient with me when I was struggling with picking the roof color. He brought me sample boards several times and provided addresses of houses for me to look at. Brad was very good at explaining what needed to be done to my roof, why it needed to be done, and how he planned to do it. Once the work started, Brad was there to complete some of the tasks and to make sure everything was going smoothly. His crew was excellent - very hard working, even in the August heat. They did a great job cleaing up the work site. Two of my neighbors who had roof damage in a storm asked me who did my roof because they saw how hard these people worked. One of my neighbors has already used them as well. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Brad first came out to provide a free estimate and walked around the entire house as we chatted and he shared his initial observations. He pointed out some issues that he wanted me to be aware of so that the job would be done right no matter which roofing company I worked with in the end. He is truly a terrific ambassador for the remodeling industry. Eventually we worked our way into the attic where he made several more notes and we realized that the previous gutter and roof replacement company had made many mistakes which drastically shortened the life of our roof. The conditions were a bit icy on the roof the day of Brad?s initial visit, so he came back to complete his detailed measurements later in the week. The quote was competitive and, frankly, I had the most confidence that they would do the job right. We arranged a date for installation with some wiggle room if weather was an issue, which it was. Brad checked-in with me a couple days before the project started to make sure we knew what to expect (dumpster in the driveway and some safety pointers). He wanted to speak with both my wife and me to make sure we were all on the same page. He provided multiple addresses so we could check out their work and view shingle colors we were contemplating. Also, when I asked how much of a deposit he needed, he replied that after being in business for over 20 years that he didn?t need any money up front. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied before any payment. Very much a top-notch organization. The roof was installed from start to finish in less than 2 ½ days. We had some high winds which slowed them on two of the days. The crew was hard-working (in my visits while the job was underway the crew was business-like and focused on the project?no horseplay or loud music blasting which my retired neighbors appreciated!) and Brad was there throughout our project. Not many situations where the owner is there the whole time to supervise, which is a big bonus in my book. Clean-up was thorough and Brad called the evening after completing the job to address any issues, although we were quite pleased so there were none! Some might wonder why I used the word ?thoughtful? at the start of this review to describe the company. Well, we had one daffodil in full bloom immediately in the back of our house and someone from the crew moved a protective structure over the flower so that it wouldn?t get crushed when the old shingles were removed. Nice touch! Candidly, I wish Bradley Builders did even more types of work because the home remodeling/improvement industry could use more companies like this. The bottom line is that the price was competitive, Brad?s knowledge and track record are impressive and the crew was hard-working and attentive in their efforts to complete the job with results ? not speed ? in mind. I don?t know why anyone would use any other company if they could understand the difference Bradley Builders delivered.
