Brad and his assistant promptly replied to our initial phone call regarding our roof leak, offered an estimate over the phone, and scheduled a time to come out a couple days later. He came promptly at 9 AM to access our situation and began immediately to fix the situation. Both men worked swiftly and efficiently until 2pm. I reviewed his work and we both found addition troublesome areas which he fixed right then and there. Only within an hour after Brad left, we discovered that a branch had punctured our garage roof. We immediately called Brad back and followed his helpful suggestions to protect the area until he could get back to our property. A fews days later we scheduled a time for Brad to come out to fix the hole and he surprised us by working us in earlier than planned. He came out and repaired it quickly free of charge. There are not many contractors out there that would do such a thing. We appreciated his professionalism, expertise, and more than anything his integrity. His work was top notch and we already have him saved in our phones as a trusted contractor.

They showed up on time and left the job site clean. They did exactly what they said they would do. Would use them again.

Much to our very pleasant surprise, Brad informed us that we did not need a new roof - our problems were related to the flashing. He said our roof was probably good for at least another five years! He did the flashing work and also pulled down a lot of ivy from the sides of our home - all for $400.00. He is quite knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. But most important - he obviously is extremely honest - he could have benefited financially by NOT telling us that all we needed was flashing repairs. We have already referred him to a friend for skylight/roof repairs. She was also very happy with his work.

Brad was everything the good reviews have said about him - prompt, professional (very clear on what he does and doesn't do), discussed in detail what needed to be done, listened to what we wanted done on the project; on the job, he gave it his full attention, and his philosophy " doing the job as if it were his own home", gave us confidence that he wasn't trying to sell us a bill of goods. When he was through, again he went over in great detail what he had done, and why. The cost was very reasonable. We appreciate his approach to the job and follow through, and feel confident that our roof is now serving us well. I would recommend him as the first person to call if you have the same kind of problem we had.

Bradley Builders does exceptional work, and I had complete confidence in the integrity of the company. The owner kept us informed of alternatives and progress throughout the process. Cleanup after the project was great. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work, and several neighbors have indicated they plan to use the same company... after seeing the wonderful results on our house. Can't recommend the company highly enough.

After interviewing 4 companies, Bradley Builders had the best price and was the most conscientious and thorough in evaluating the work to be done. Their workmanship appears to be first rate and the job was completed just as promised with no surprises. You can tell Bradley takes pride in his work and is personally involved in every step - good to know there are still contractors like this out there.

Brad and a fellow worker repaired an inside corner of the roof, replaced siding and shingles, and installed heating cable along a portion of roof line and gutters. Their work was excellent.

Excellent experience, all around! Brad responded to my initial email within hours (!) and very quickly diagnosed the source of the leak that afternoon. He also surveyed the entire roof and made suggestions to maintain it. He has excellent communication skills and willingly (and patiently) shares his knowledge. The price was entirely reasonable. He and his assistant were very professional and easy to work with; he's very detail oriented and appears to take great pride in his work and reputation. I would definitely use him again (and am glad to have him now as a resource) and have referred him to other family members and neighbors.

I got estimates from 4 different roofers before deciding to go with this company. Bradley Builders' pricing was right in line with 2 of the others, the other one was about $2,500 more to do the same work. When you call on the 'phone, you talk to Brad, the owner, and that's also who shows up to write the estimate, and he's there again with a crew to do the actual work. I believe he was honest & straightforward about the job from the beginning. I was very impressed with how quickly Brad returned phone calls, & came out to do the estimate. Brad & his crew showed up right on time, every single time. They finished the job in LESS time than originally estimated, and cleaned up EVERYTHING when they were done. I waited for rain before writing this review: NO MORE LEAKS! also, the roof & chimney now look really good - tidy, professional, well made. I would most definitely work with them again.

We have a complicated roof with several different angles and areas that need to drain properly. Bardley Builders was one of the few companies that would consider the job. Brad (the owner) is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. The job went very well and he was willing to coordinate with another contractor who installed more insulation in our attic through openings in the roof. We have had a few drainage issues since the roof was installed and Brad was willing to come out to our home and make recommendations as part of his follow-up with his customers. Brad also has a wonderful network of trustworthy contractors who can help with other jobs around the home. Overall - very professional work and tremendous follow-up.

This job was awesome from the start. Brad came out quickly to evaluate my problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. His price beat the estimates I got from others. He is a true craftsman, very professional and personable. His attention to detail did not waver. The end result was outstanding. The repair should last decades.. I will surely use his services again when I need work done in his speciality. I would highly recommend Bradley Builders for roofing work. I dealt with the owner Brad and I found him to be honest and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and Brad took the time to answer all my questions. This job couldn't have gone better. I wish all contractors were this easy and wonderful to work with!

Before we had decided Brad to replace our 15+ year old roof, we had consulted with 6 different roofing companies who offered a wide price range from $8k to even $16k. Our experience with Brad was very different and we found him to be very professional, meticulous and very straightforward. He first took us on top of the roof and explained the condition of the old roof to determine the things which required to be fixed. He then estimated the price and explained the time it will take. For installing the suntunnels, he took extra time to measure to ensure that he can finish the roofing within the time limit. We were surprised when Brad even fixed our electrical switches which was affected by the roofing activities and Brad said that we should know the truth.... Brad also replaced some part of the wood which was damaged by weather at a reasonable price. All these were accomplished within our budget of $10k. Great job Brad and thank you for your commitment.

I contacted Bradley Builders by e-mail on Monday (07/27/2015). Brad called me on Tuesday the 28th and set up an appointment for Thursday the 30th at 4 P.M.. He was on time. He did a detailed evaluation ( in the attic and on the roof ) . He took the time to explain all possible problems that can occur with an older roof. I was ready to buy a new roof. Brad was very honest. He told me that I did not need a new roof yet, and he could correct the problem.Which he did the next day. On Friday the 31st he came to my house at 3:30 P.M. after working all day on another job. A five day turn- around is exceptional ! I really appreciate his fast response, but even more his integrity and honesty. When I do need a new roof or repair, I will call Bradley Builders.

Brad was great to work with. The work was done in a professional and thoughful manner. Brad provided us with appropriate choices for the replacement skylights and discussed with us in detail the work that would be done and the post interior work that might need to completed. We were very happy with the final product and it looks great from both the outside and inside. The price for the total job including the additional roof repair was very reasonable. We would recommend Brad without hesitation.

From start to finish, a great experience. Owner Brad Arensberg contacted me promptly and kept me apprised by email and/or phone throughout. At first meeting, he explained in detail everything that needed to be done, why and how it would be done and approximate time frame for job to be completed. He also looked at my attic and recommended it be insulated. I was very impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the cost estimate which was lower than anticipated. Mr. Arensberg referred me to several addresses to view shingle colors on completed roofs, which made color selection very easy. Work was scheduled for the week following the holiday, weather permitting. Work was begun 8 a.m. July 8 and was completed July 9 before I got home from work. Quality work - very satisfied with results and happy to recommend Bradley Builders.

Brad is a great roof professional. He takes the time to walk you through the details. He and his crew were fast, very detail oriented and very clean. Could not be happier with the roof.

We have a rather complex roof which includes a transition from the original house to an addition. Bradley gave this area considerable thought as it had to be built up, adding slope to facilitate runoff. Revamping a difficult downspout solved water-runoff from this sloped area, negating longstanding problems. He also revised and improved the sealing around our skylight and chimney. We didn't think people like Bradley existed anymore. We can't think of one negative comment.

He did a beautiful job. I highly recommend him. I would only use Bradley Builders.

I used Bradley Builders for a chimney flashing repair job on a house I was getting ready to sell. Brad scheduled the job quickly and was very good to deal with personally. The price was reasonable and he took the time to do the job correctly. He also did a minor repair on an additional flashing issue at my main residence without any additional charge. I was very pleased with the project and would definitely use Brad again for other roofing projects.

Brad Arensberg and his crew were great. Brad was thorough, extremely knowlegable, and down to earth. They even cleaned up a mess I made accidentally. The weather this spring was not very cooperative for roofing, but they took pains to make sure that nothing was at risk. I would hire again.

I found him on Angie's List. We used him before for repairs around the chimney. This time, he went up on the roof to look at it and found no leaks. He speculated it might have been a humidity problem and advised us to add more insulation in that spot, which we did. We haven't seen any further evidence of it. He did a diagnosis of it not being a roof leak and didn't charge us for the diagnosis. I recommended him to my son and he did a fair amount of work for my son. Any time we've called him on anything, he's been very responsive.

This was a large and complicated job, which also involved providing access for an insulation company to work on two attics. Brad, the owner of Bradley Builders, seems driven to provide the best product possible. He's very careful to point out potential problems, and willing to answer all homeowner questions.

Brad Arensberg met with me several times and talked me through making the commitment to install a new roof. I had met with a few other large business roofers (the ones with the extensive advertising), but I felt like they wanted to sell me something by either frightening me by talking about things they figured I wouldn't understand or patronizing me (they were going to take care of things, don't worry). Brad explained what was needed, gave me options that made sense, answered questions, and let me make a well-considered decision. He advised me about masonry and gutter issues, and timed his work to accommodate correcting these other activities. Bradley Builders services were exceptional. Since the initial roof installation in 2013 Brad has continued to be a true professional, patiently answering questions about things that had nothing to do with his roof installation and pointing me in the right direction (as recently as this month). Brad seems to view the whole house as a system and he really makes it easy to understand how it all works together. He is a first-rate business owner, and I would hire Bradley Builders again without hesitation (unfortunately his work is so good I won't be needing a new roof for a long time!).
