We'd been on the hunt for a company that could replace our roof and repair the front soffit of our house, which was rotted and sagging from water damage from our roof. Many roofers refused to fix this. Bradley Builders were more than happy to fix the soffit, and in fact came out a month prior to our roofing job in order to get it done. He also put a temporary fix on the first line of shingles on our roof to prevent any further leakage until his team could come out and replace the entire roof. The roof was scheduled quickly and both for the soffit repair and the roofing, they were very prompt (early!), and did a great job. They even scrubbed the cap on our chimney and painted it to prevent further rusting (we supplied the paint). They worked hard to fix a flashing issue around our chimney, and extended the sheathing so the drip rail could be installed properly. They worked quickly and the entire thing was completed in about a day and a half. They were great about picking up nails and trash. We feel very confident in the quality of the roof. Our new roof looks wonderful, and we look forward to enjoying it.

Excellent! Brad & I were in constant contact via email. He came out, looked at my roof and explained to me exactly what I needed (he even drew pictures so I could understand the situation). We decided on the week for the installation. The actual installation was a few days later due to the weather conditions. The workers arrived on time and worked through the day (I worked from home that day). They returned the next day to finish up. The work site was cleaned up on the first day and after the 2nd day, you couldn't tell they'd ever been there. Brad sent me a photo of the completed project along with the invoice. I'm one happy customer! I'd hire Brad and his workers again without hesitation.

I could not be happier. I doubt that they are the cheapest company but I did not want the cheapest price, I wanted someone who would work with me and Bradley Builders was great. I'd phoned three national roofing companies and they all sent a salesman but not a roofer. The owner of Bradley Builders came to my house, listened to me, made suggestions based on his years of experience, recommended someone that would coordinate insulating my 2nd floor while Bradley repaired the roof, and then scheduled the work at our convenience. They even fixed some problems that I didn't know that I had. Top notch all the way.

AMAZING, reliable and responsive from start to finish. You can count on Bradley Builders. I emailed and called a ton of roofing guys from Angi's list and had to deal with no responses & no shows for over a month (all while having a leaky roof). I'm so happy that I came across Brad's listing. I emailed him and literally 4 hours later he was at our door ready to take a look at the damage. He spent about 10-15 minutes inspecting the issue, gave us an estimate, and said he'd be in touch by the end of the week. The repair costs were exactly as expected and he even got our job done earlier than he promised. A huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders. HIGHLY recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Brad responded quickly to my first phone call. The work was performed within a matter of days. I also had some questions/concerns about other roofing issues. Brad was very informative and professional. I would highly recommend using this company.

He used sheet metal, which I feel is the best way to go with chimney flashing. He had me look at the job and explained everything to me of what needed to be done. If you want a good job who is a skilled craftsman that can do sheet metal work, you will want to go to him. He is honest, capable, informative, and very careful. He also took time with me to help me fully understand the process of getting solar tubing on my roof. He knew he was not going to get this job, but he wanted me to be informed.

Yesterday 9AM to 3PM as the flashing had to be constructed on site. Job looks good and only last night's rain could have caused problem (with caulking.) I plan to ask him today if the rain that soon would have given caulk time to setup!

As with any other home repair service, it is difficult to find a roofing company that can be fully trusted to do the job well, for a fair price - Brad and his company do just that. It is obvious that he takes great pride in a job well done, and will provide you with his honest opinion of repairs you actually need. Other companies tried to convince us to complete additional work that turned out to be unnecessary according to Brad. Furthermore, he takes the time needed to really understand the scope of each job, meeting with customers for an in-depth conversation before the job starts. Finally, Brad is great to work with on a personal level. At the time he completed our job, we had just welcomed our second baby to the family. Knowing how hectic our lives would be, Brad offered to pick up materials needed for our job and was very respectful of our time while working on our home. I should also note that he was on site for all phases of the project, which is rare and provides extra peace of mind for the customer. Thank you Brad for your excellent work!

I called about the work that needed done and, long story short, they squeezed it in their schedule and the job was done the next day! Of course, the job was done well, with no problems. I have used Bradley Builders on 2 previous roofing jobs and it's a no-brainer that I will call them for any work needed in the future.

Brad, the owner, spent time explaining exactly how the work would be accomplished. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Every aspect was done in a timely manner, with good communication. Bradley is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, personable and honest. His crew showed up exactly on time, worked hard and had a new roof on by the end of the first day. The next morning they finished up with the flashing. Flashing is one of his specialties. They use a local shop that makes really nice looking pieces from solid material and it looks great on the house. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. My wife was home during the work and she enjoyed the whistling of one of the crew. They were a happy bunch and I suspect Bradley is a good employer. I highly recommend Bradley Builders if you are considering a new roof.

He repaired both areas and managed to exclude the rain as well as the critters. Jeff was courteous , Hard working and respectful of my property. He cleaned up after the job.

Brad Arensberg did an excellent job. At our initial meeting, he showed great attention to detail, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how he would approach the job, and why. He was very timely with his quote (which was very competitive) and responsive to our questions. Brad is not just the salesman, he was working alongside of his guys and supervising the job approximately 75% of the time. Our roof and skylight look great! I would definitely recommend Bradley Builders.

I interviewed several roofing contractors and I am fortunate that I interviewed Bradley Builders (Brad Arensberg) first. Although he would not comment about other contractors I had planned to interview, he provided some very helpful guidelines, the most important of which was, who would be be supervising the roofing crew. With Bradley Builders, Brad is not only the owner but the on-site supervisor for each project; he works along side the crew. Brad farmed out the chimney repair and the gutter/downspout installation to others; but, the price he quoted was inclusive of those services. Unlike other contractors I contacted, he did not require any down-payment. I received he final invoice online the same day the work was completed. I am very happy with the appearance of the finished project. In the past, severe thunderstorms with high winds caused the roof to leak; i await these weather conditions to prove the functionality of Bradley Builders. My only drawback (and I would use them again despite this) is that Bradley Builders offers only a $100 discount for their work, compared to up to $1000 discount I found with other roofers.

Brad returned my call the same day and was at the house within a week. Once here, he thoroughly inspected and repaired the roof and showed us the old, crumbling pipe boots. We have had him out before and will again. Very trustworthy and professional.

There are very few contractors in Columbus who impressed me the way Bradley Builders did. Very professional, didn't skip any details, did an outstanding job for good value. Several other roofers never even followed up to give an estimate. Brad pulled up my house online and could give an estimate from the photo; I thought that was smart and saved a lot of time. Brad is very honest, knowledgeable, and 100% reliable. All around top notch. I would refer him for anything!

Brad was involved personally both with the initial quote for repairs/replacement, and in performing the work. I have a large Victorian house with a roof partitioned into multiple sections (of varying ages) . He reviewed the leaks in my attic, suggested options for repair, and provided guidelines for when I would need which sections replaced. He was informative and flexible in working around a timetable that fit my schedule. Service was prompt and reliable. While reviewing my project he identified that work he was not comfortable performing (a section of slate roofing) and provided contact information of someone who could help me where he could not. Bradley Builders will be my first call for roofing needs in the future.

Everything went very well; I was very impressed pertaining to how well the workers cleared up the site, after the job was completed. Also, I enjoyed working with Brad, who is very conscientious, and shows a keen attention to the customer's concerns. Brad is very honest, and I felt very much at ease, working with him.

Brad was very professional and not at all pushy, very thorough with inspection of roof and recommendations. The crew was also very professional, Brad did a great job with the area around our chimney which has always been a problem area in our older house. Roof looks great and no more leaks! He takes pride in his work and has been doing roofs for over 20 years, love that it is a small local company as well. I will definitely use Bradley Builders in the future if there are any needs.

Brad gave us an excellent description of the work needed and the process as part of the meeting for the estimate. Several layers of old shingles needed to be removed and a very old skylight needed to be replaced. He was on-site, working on the roof, nearly all of the time. He ordered a custom size skylight and described the process that would be used to securely attach it. We are very happy with the completed project.

My roof had shingles missing from storm damage, and the entire roof needed to be replaced. Bradley Builders did a fantastic job! Two layers of shingles had to be removed, as well as new sheathing installed on the entire roof. The job took two days. The owner only takes one roofing job at a time, and he works on site with his crew. His preparation and finished work is meticulous. He went over exactly what needed to be done and how he and his crew would do the job. Since the sheathing needed to be replaced, he explained how he would only do one side of the roof at a time, to minimize exposure of the attic to the elements. I need to have new siding installed next year, and he want to work with the siding contractor to make sure they don't damage his roof when the siding is installed. He takes great pride in his work!
