Brad and Jeff are professional and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Jeff arrived on time, showed me exactly where the problem was and fixed the issue right away. I would definitely recommend them!

I left a voicemail and my call was returned the same day. We discussed the repairs I was looking for and he (I believe it was the owner) let me know that he didn't think they would be the best option for getting my problem resolved. He then took the time to point me in the right direction as to who I should be looking for to get the repairs completed.

The job was perfect and the crew was very professional. Since this was a small job it was difficult to find a professional that could perform, and was willing, to do task. They knew exactly what was needed and made recommendations as to how to fix my roof problem. This company is great for special roofing needs.

I have a large extension on the back of the house and the roof shingles were in poor shape when we bought the house. We knew they would need replacing soon. We soon discovered a small leak and decided to get quotes. Bradley Builders offered a competitive price, but most importantly we believed Brad to be professional and knowledgeable and when they started working, they lived up to our expectations. In addition to the basic roof work, Brad gave us some recommendations on insulation, and some work that will be needed on soffits and masonary on our old house. Having worked with many contractors over the years, we found Bradley Builders to be very professional and easy to work with. The work was done a couple of years ago, but has held up well. We remain pleased with our choice.

Brad and his team were great through the whole process. When we first met with Brad he took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof and even had my husband go up to show him some damages he found and how it should be fixed. As first time homeowners we really appreciated this as we knew nothing about roofs. None of the other companies we received quotes from took the time to explain things in this detail to us. This is part of the reason we chose Bradley Builders and they were much less expensive than the other companies while providing much higher quality. The team showed up on time for the job and got to work right away. We are very pleased with the work done and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replaced.

I've decided to (finally) write a review because I'm so pleased every time Brad or Jeff come to my house to check up on or fix something on my chimneys or my roof. They are very responsive, professional and courteous. Last time, Jeff went over and above his duties in fetching a ladder from his home so that we could climb into my attic together (something I very much wanted to do) to check if there was any evidence of a leak. Highly recommended!

Brad was very professional in all aspects of the work from the estimate to cleanup. He is very thorough and fair with costs.

Brad and his team were outstanding. He was more than willing to diagnose and repair a couple of problem spots we had with our roof and his price was more than reasonable. Other companies did not take the time Brad took to diagnose our issues and simply recommended we replace portions or all of our roof. His service was a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend him for any roof/skylight work.

We had a truly excellent experience with Bradley Builders. We contacted two companies to assess a recurring leak issue in our screen porch. The first company took a look and recommended replacing the roof with a rolled roofing material. Brad from Bradley Builders discussed the project with me over the phone and looked at some photos of the roof that I sent him. Because of the unusual design of the roof (thanks to multiple DIY additions), he came to see the roof in person and did a thorough assessment. He determined that the design where the additions met created an area of poor drainage, which would continue to be an issue regardless of new roofing material. We knew as this point we were dealing with someone who takes the time to do the job right and we hired them to do a design change to alleviate the root problem ($500) and to install a new rubber roof. Brad himself and one other employee completed the work just a couple of weeks later in 1.5 days. The final product looks fantastic! Their cleanup was very thorough (even at the mid-point at the end of day one). Brad even blew the grass trimmings from my previous mowing off of our driveway before leaving. Time will tell how the roof holds up, but we have a confidence in the quality of work that you just don't get from every service provider. We won't hesitate to contact Bradley Builders again for our future roofing needs!

Brad responded w/i 12 hours to my call for a quote and sent his employee out to check out the problem the next week. He then followed up personally to review the work needed. After inspecting the roof, he identified a problem that he was able to fix immediately, resulting is our not needing to have the roof replaced at a significant cost. His fix was smart and very inexpensive. I would use him again if roofing work is needed and would recommend him to anyone.

I did alot of research on shingles and roofing companies. During my research one article stated the most important thing in putting on a new roof is having someone there and making sure the roof is done correctly. That is the reason I choose Brad to do our roof because he assured me he would be on site to make sure the work was done correctly. He was very easy to work with and explained the roofing process and the materials he would use. The day the roof was installed he arrived promptly at 7:30 with his crew. They had a long hot day on our roof and worked until 9:00 that evening. I felt very confident that our roof was being put on correctly because Brad was up there working and supervising. The next morning the crew can back to finish up and so did Brad. He was back up on the roof for another 4 or 5 hours replacing our siding and inspecting the work done the day before. I knew I had hired the right person because he is very detailed oriented and made sure our roof was done correctly. Our roof looks amazing and I am sure it will last along time because of Brad's supervision.

Brad installed our roof a few years ago. He did an outstanding job — would absolutely use him again. One of the downsides to living in Clintonville is that any animal that can climb a tree wants to make our attic into a vacation home. When I heard a noise in the attic, I assumed it was a squirrel. I popped my head into the attic and looked round with a flashlight and was … shocked … to see a raccoon (with a tape measure and level) scoping out his new summer get away. It turns out a couple of raccoons had discovered a weakness where one roof section meet another. I called Brad and, because he'd done work for us before, he made it a point to come out and fix the problem as soon as he could. The work as outstanding, as expected.

The repair was made two days ago, right before July 4th. I met with Brad on Saturday, July 1 and he said he would pull an installer off three other small jobs and get mine done on Monday. I was astounded that he would come to the house on a Saturday and then offer to do the job two days later. I was pleased with the installer, Jeff. He was on time, neat, experienced and even was able to save the double caps of my original roof, saving me tons of money. He finished in 4 hours and you'd never know he'd even been there. I have a modern ridge vent which will last me a long time.,

What an outstanding company. I highly recommend them for any and all of your roofing needs!!

In a word, fantastic! We had multiple roofers tell us to fix the problem we would need to replace the entire roof, that seemed a bit severe as our roof is only 10 years old. Bradley builders provided an alternate solution that proved much less expensive saving no less than $20,000. It has been 5 months since the repair and everything is shored up tight. While completing the work Brad noticed a structural issue with our roof which he diagnosed repaired at near zero expense. If you are tired of the run around and dishonest service providers, pick up the phone and call these guys, you will not be disappointed.

Work was completed in just a few hours and the leaks have been repaired. Cost was estimated up front. Work was scheduled within a week of the estimate. Would definitely hire again for roof work.

Of the many quotes I received, Bradley Builders stood out from the others because of Brad's exceptional professionalism. This professionalism was consistent to the end. I especially appreciated his patience and integrity in answering my questions at the initial meeting and in emails. He was also attentive to my need to have a leak covered until the work could be done. Brad strives for excellence in the finished work/job, as well as the manner in which he communicates. He is very thorough, straightforward, and honest about what he is proposing and why. The day of the job, the crew arrived promptly (early)! They were very polite, hardworking, and extremely efficient. Brad was on the job for most of the time as he promised he would be. They were attentive to safety and cleanliness. In the end, I am pleased with and thankful for the quality of work and product provided by Bradley Builders.

From the first contact we had with Brad, we knew we were making the right choice. Brad didn't just provide an estimate--Brad sat down with us, talked to us about products, and helped us better understand what we needed to do so we could make a good decision for our home. His estimate arrived right when he said it would and was about what we thought we would be paying. He let us know when his crew would be arriving, what to expect, what we needed to do, etc. His crew was polite, hardworking, thorough, and clean. The crew had less than ideal conditions to work in (3 straight days of rain) but continued to work and stay in touch so we knew when they were coming and going. Brad assured me that they were not in a rush to get it done--they wanted it done right and that's exactly what they did. Overall, we highly recommend Bradley Builders. The end product looks great!!! The professionalism in Brad and his crew was simply wonderful. We feel we got an excellent product installed with top-notch customer communication, which might have been the best part. So often, communication isn't good even if the product is. Brad and his crew could not have been more communicative with us and that seems to be a lost art with so many service providers.

I had a wonderful experience with Bradley Builders. I received 4 quotes in preparation for my new roof, Brad was slightly higher than the other companies but it was worth the extra money. He had a very detailed quote and took extra steps to ensure quality. He uses quality products and really wants the job done well. I really appreciated him taking the time to meet with me prior to the quote process so I could become better educated on the roof process and make a good decision.
