Description of Work: To start we had our whole roof replaced October of 2008 and recently noticed some nail pops from a wind/rain storm. We had several companies come over to give us quotes on the work that needed to be done. One of the owners at Bradford Exteriors explained to me that the original work done in 2008 was done poorly and that the whole roof needed to be redone. He was so kind and spent time explaining what happened. I did get my roof replaced from the original company at no cost but because of what was explained to me. Bradford Exteriors saved me over $6000 because of an honest opinion and helped me understand how to protect myself so I handled myself well when present the original company with my situation. I would absolutely trust them and appreciate their knowledge.

Description of Work: Very professional, showed up early which was not a problem. Inspected my main double wooden window and said he would do what he could, but recommended we put up plastic or replace the windows as the seals were wearing unevenly. He felt bad that he could not do more for the window but he reset my door for 25 dollars which I felt was a real bargain. The only issue is he forgot to return the porch furniture to the original spot. I had to do that!

we never spoke to this person. As our previous reviews do show we take our level of professionalism very serious and would not do anything to harm our reputation. We did have an email conversation with a client which we asked to give us a call versus email and this might be where this has resulted from but we are not sure.
