We provide cost effective solutions to homeowners problems using just what is required to solve the problem with basement leaks, cracks, dampness, foundation repair and even replacement of foundation walls. We provide free estimates for all services from small repairs to large work for commercial operations. We are one of the leaders in New Construction waterproofing using Tuff-N-Dri Waterproofing with the 30 year warranty serving all the major builders in Central Ohio such as Dominion Homes, Rockford Homes, Bob Webb Builders, 3 Pillar Homes, Tuckerman Homes, Ron Guzzo Builders, Premier Living Homes, Virginia Homes and many more custom home builders through out the area. We use Zinsser Watertite Basement waterproofing for interior basement wall sealing providing a 5 Year Mold warranty and lifetime waterproofing warranty. We also provide and install Diamond Shield Gutter Guards, a premier product that we install at a very competitive price usually 30% or more under our closest competitor. We are the only installer in Central Ohio for Dry Snap Under Deck water management system to give you a dry useable area under your patio deck.
