Bob Ragland had a serious drug problem that he would buy from people in the complex. Even his maintenance people had a drug problem. Marla Flewellen was a major instigator and property manager of this building. As well as maintaining a promiscuous relationship with the tenants live-in boyfriends. She allowed convicted prostitutes to move into the property. They lied on the application and said they were mother and daughter. Therefore a background check was never done. Not even through FADCO. They had jobs the 2 months they were there and then they started exploiting their business on the premises. I made several attempts to contact the authorities and the rental office. Nothing was done. There was a lot of drug trafficking that they all knew about, but because they were involved they did not try to eliminate or resolve the problem. I owed exactly one month back rent which I was catching up on. I told them I was going to pay and was told that I just had to move because I was too much of a problem to them. They started the eviction process. I was told I had to move out. I asked if I could wait, they said no. I know of other people in the complex that were behind almost $4,000 and they let them stay. He was evicted and moved into an apartment and they knew about that. I moved out of the property. Marla continued for 2 years to tell people that she kicked me off the property because I was causing too many problems. These people are trash and dirty druggies. Do not rent from these people ever! The place is full of cockroaches and dangerous mold. They need to take that whole building and tear it down. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY EVER!! Bob Ragland lost the property due to dangerous conditions.
