They are another one of those "A" services. We have dealt with them for a number of years. They handle all of our finances for us so. Their tagline is something like "We make banking personal" and they really do. You don't ever go in there and feel like a number. The process really wasn't too bad. I would have to say it was a pretty smooth process.
