From planning to execution, I could not be happier. I sat down with one of their designers, Beth, who happened to be a friend of my daughter in high school. Beth was professional and stuck to the initial budget; she listened to my vision and had great ideas of her own as well. When I felt like we did not maybe have "enough" and I wanted to spend more, she of course had ideas on how to do this, but, again she stuck to the vision and the budget. On the day of the wedding all flowers were beautiful and made an impact but with the wedding party pictures and at the reception. The flowers that I was able to take home stayed nice for almost a week. Would definitely recommend and use them again!!

Heather and her team did an absolutely fantastic job with the floral design for my wedding. The whole process was so easy and fun from the initial consultation to the execution! Heather totally got my vision and helped make it a reality! I was blown away when I got to finally see everything in person! It brought a tear of joy to my eye as it was flawless! She is very knowledgeable and so helpful in walking you through the process with suggestions and really listens to what it is you are looking for. The customer service at Bloomtastic is top notch!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The initial consult is a great sales pitch, they then have you sign a contract (which is strictly for their protection and offers nothing for the client) without listing prices, type and number of flowers, etc. We gave them the budget and were assured they could work the flowers we wanted within the budget. Based on that, we signed the contract. A foolish move on our part. The first estimate we received was over budget. For 9 months we tried to come up with flowers. Fillers were outdoing the actual flowers in order to make the few flowers fall within budget. 5 weeks from the wedding we still had no flowers and no idea what to order. At one point one of the estimates she sent had left off the bouquets, corsages. At that stage we had no idea what kind of final cost there would be and if we were going to be able to have actual flowers rather than a few flowers and a bunch of fillers in order to meet budget. Heather the owner should have stated in the first meeting that she could not provide the flowers we requested within our budget then we would have not signed a contract. We paid $500.00 to cancel our contract with her and obtained the services of a reputable florist. Within a week we had all the flowers we wanted in beautiful arrangements and within budget. You are required to give Bloomtastic a $250 deposit to hold the day and $250 if you cancel within 60 days of the wedding. We paid and obtained the services of another florist. Our new florist did more in one week than Heather did in 9 months. We could not count on Bloomtastic to follow through. We had no idea what the design or flowers would be nor an accurate estimate 4 weeks from the wedding. The owner stated that she was not negligent and she had spent 6 hours working on the wedding. 6 hours out of 9 months would explain why we had no flowers. One design she quoted contained carnations. She wanted $75 for this arrangement. 2 other florists said that it shouldn't be more than $36 and they could do it for $35. Heathers response to prices, "my prices are my prices". Buyer beware, we should not have signed a contract without the specific number, type and arrangement for the flowers. You may give them a budget but they will cut the number of flowers to a minimum and use fillers in order to meet your budget. The other thing they do is to offer you the flowers you want but they will not be within your stated budget. By that time its to late and you are signed to a contract. Bloomtastic made $500.00 for 6 hours of work and didn't have to produce anything.

My father passed away last week and he held his home-going service last Monday. I opened the funeral home and they brought in the flowers, and immediately I noticed that everytime the flowers were moved or touched, leaves and petals were falling everywhere. I told the representative to contact the vendor they purchased the flowers from to tell them that the flowers were A.) dead already, and B.) not arranged very well at all. We called Bloomtastic again to let them know what happened and no one called us back for a long time. We called again and the employee immediately had an attitude with us, I asked for the owner and a few minutes later a woman came on the phone and asked me what my problem was. She claimed that since I was not the person who bought the flowers - my cousin was and he lives in Atlanta and was not yet in town - she refused to talk to me, and even hung up on me later in the conversation. If I were you, I would stay away from "Doom"-tastic flowers! If I could rate them lower than an F I would.

I paid for the flowers. They flowers were overpriced and excessively small. My daughter-in-law was worried about the size so I up sized them. The florist showed my a 3-foot tall arrangement and explained that this would very similar to our order. They were about 6-inches over the one-foot vase. She didn't do anything she said she would do. I went in to talk to her about the issues later and she explained that the size "it wasn't in the contract".

This business was hard to work with from the beginning. The owner, with whom we were working, was not responsive to emails, which she claimed was her prefered method of communication. We gave her feedback on this early on which didn't change her behavior. The quote took much longer than promised and follow-up questions were left unanswered. On mulitple occassions we discussed having all white flowers in planters covered with twigs, complementing our nature theme. The flowers we got were pink and yellow, planted in plain white wooden boxes. Also, we were informed that our flowers would not be delivered to our wedding site b/c we didn't spend enough money. When we complained about the colors and the planters, we were told at A) we didn't specify color in our contract (which is technically true, but all we ever discussed was all white flowers), and B) the planters we wanted were on back order and the owner decided to pick our different ones without consulting with us. The price was reasonable, but I wish we had chosen one of the other, more expensive quotes that we got.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! They were very fresh with wonderful color. The flowers lasted longer than a week!
