BK Hauling & Removal

I cleaned out my basement and garage and placed everything out on curb . called Bob and out he came nxt day and hauled away my junk in less than 5 min.

I called B.K. Hauling and Removal on a Wednesday and they were able to pickup the next morning. I explained what I had and was given an estimate for the work. They were very neat, careful. and respectful.

I had all of my interior doors replaced in my house. My garage was filled with the old doors and molding. I called the company to get an estimate and set up a date and time. About an hour before the scheduled appointment, he called and stated that he was free if I was available to have him come out. I was available, so he came about an hour earlier than originally scheduled. The owner and his daughter removed all of the materials from my garage, loaded up the truck and headed off. They were there for about 20-25 minutes. They were both very nice and professional.

Bob and his family did a great job. They were on time and took everything. I will be using them again. Thank you again...

I was so happy with BK. they are a true family business husband wife and daughter nice people. did a great job and cleaned everything up. the price was a lot better than the bigger companys.

I had several furniture items that I no longer needed so called B K to get an estimate and date for pickup. They scheduled pickup within a few days of the phone call and were on time. I had given away one of the items before they came so they adjusted their cost upon pickup. Were great to work with and would definitely use them again.

B K Hauling was prompt, efficient, professional and personable as they loaded and removed items from a basement clean-out. Within four hours of my call they were at the house. I would definitely use this company again.

I called and described what I wanted to have picked up. Mr. Kemp gave me a time that same day. He called in the afternoon to say he was running a little bit late (15 minutes). He picked up th items and was careful not to do any damage to the house while he was removing the items.

They were friendly on the phone, arrived early, called before they came & even brought the family dog along as an ambassador. WHile it was a simple job, I would not hesitate to call them again.

Bob and his wife and three other helpers were prompt and immediately delved in to get the job done. They worked very quickly in conditions that were not ideal to remove everything from the home. If you want to get your job done promptly, call BK Hauling. If you are lucky, they might even bring Sassy (the cutest little dog) along to say "HI" to you (she waves her paws). What a sweetheart!

I called for an estimate and the owner was very responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. I ultimately had someone else do the work; however, the company was very professional. The estimate was competitive.

They did a great job. Responded within 10 minutes of calling, performed services within two hours of call being made. Quick, courteous, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

This was such an easy (for me) experience that I forgot I even had it done. I scheduled a pickup for furniture with one of the thrift store agencies and when they came they told my husband that they wouldn't take any of the things. I had really planned on coming home from work and having that gone and was very disappointed. So I looked at Angies List and this company is close to me so I called (approx 5:30)--they answered the phone and said they were just washing the truck from that day but were leaving the next day for family business and so if they didn't come that night if would be a week. I was thrilled that they were willing to come that night--I really didn't even hope for that. I asked them to look at the elliptical machine in the basement and see what they thought--I hadn't included that in the agency call but thought it would be nice to get that out of the basement. Anyway--they came in about 1/2 hour--looked at everything--said they could do it and started working and it was done probably in about 20 mins. Robert's daughter helped him and she is really a worker with a great attitude! I worried about her with the elliptical machine but she seemed to have no problem!

They were very on-time, a bit early to be precisely. They hauled away trash and post-construction items in the garage in about 30 minutes, including cleaning up. Casidy, who is the wife was very strong and lifted almost everything. I think she is stronger than my husband :) They are very friendly and professional. So impressed with them. Definetely will use them again in the future.

Top 2/3rd of large tree fell in storm the day before. Called B K at 10am, gave rough estimate on phone, firm estimate on site at 12:30pm, finished work by 1:30pm same day.

I was very impressed with their professionalism. When I called, they were out of town due to a family emergency, so they missed the chance to do the job. But they called and left a message to say they were out of town and wouldn't be able to do the work and then followed up later in the week with a personal call to apologize for not being able to do the work. This is a company that I will call again because of their approach to customer service.

Awesome. Came the day after I called, and were friendly, fast, and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend. Charged a very fair price.

I was given this company from AL. I They were prompt. They answered the phone right away. They set it up within a couple of days. They showed up when they said they would. The job was a bit bigger than they thought but they stuck with the original estimate. They were polite and they deserve every bit of the super service award that they have. It was a yucky job and they came and did a great job. I thought their prices was very reasonable. I would call them again and I would highly recommend them. I told them I was going to call AL right away and file a great report about them. It is nice to be able to not only get great service but to be able to leave a great report for that outstanding service. They were fantastic.

They arrived a bit early, were very pleasant, and had everything gone in a half an hour.

I called Robert and left a message on a Saturday and he returned the call a few hours later. We scheduled a Monday time that was convenient for me. On Monday, he was running ahead of schedule and gave me a call to ask if he could show up a few minutes early which of course was fine. Robert and his crew quickly picked up all the items to be hauled away and cleaned and swept the area where I had piled the items. They were neat, professional and quickly went about their work. Exceptional service and I would definitely use him again.

It went excellently. This is the third time B K Hauling has worked with me. They are always right on time, friendly, efficient, and careful. We had to remove the door to get the freezer out - they handled that easily. They do a great job and their price is very reasonable. I plan to use them in the future. In fact, I do not bother to call anyone else for estimates - I just call B K Hauling because I know that they will do a great job and charge me a fair price.

They arrived right on time, went to my backyard, carried the swing to their truck in my driveway, loaded the swing in the truck, I wrote the check, and they drove off. Very efficient service at a reasonable price.
