BK Hauling & Removal

,They were punctual, conscientious, polite, professional, and extremely thorough! They went over and beyond any work we ever had done before or ever expected. We plan to call them again in the future and would recommend them to any and all. They didn't just load brush and logs into their truck (as it laid), but cut everything first to maximize the load (and minimize our cost). They called promptly to arrange day and time for the work and continued contact during and after the job. We were so impressed, we took pictures!

Bob did a great job and I truly appreciated how I could choose a time and day and he then arrived exactly at that time and on that day.

Called them on Saturday for an estimate, they came out the next day, a Sunday, at the scheduled time. They were very nice, and asked (and received) permission before driving their truck into my yard. They quickly loaded all of the lumber, then got out a rake and cleaned up the entire area. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Hauled out a huge old television that weight several hundred pounds as well as some used batteries and other little items. They were great! When they found out that I didn't have too much to move they didn't charge me a lot.

The provider was very good about communicating via email, my preferred mode of communication. Selecting the date of service, details re the rubbish I needed to have removed, and an estimate for services were all handled by email. I especially appreciated the prompt and clearly written emails from this provider. The provider arrived as promised and all of the rubbish was removed. They were very careful when removing items from my basement. The exit from my basement is not an easy one to negotiate and they were extremely careful not to scratch or ding anything. I was very pleased with this provider. He and his assistant were courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Love this company! This was the third time I had BK Hauling help out with renovation trash. I have used them once each summer for the last 3 summers. Mr. Kemp has been unfailingly cheerful, always on time, done an excellent job and was very reasonable. He breaks the trash down as much as he can which helps keep customer charges lower. He has taken construction debris that still had nails in it without any complaint. He also always sweeps up when he is finished in case there are any nails that got left on the driveway. Don't know what else one could ask for.

Everything went very well. They showed up exactly when they said they would, we did a quick tour of what needed to be removed, negotiated a few details about price based on what they saw, and off they went. BK removed all the dead vines, lattices, broken concrete, etc. and went above and beyond, clearing up an overgrown old pathway back to our compost heap just because that's where some of the old fence repair cuttings were. They were done in about an hour and left the place looking better than it had been in quite a while.

They responded quickly to my call. They came out and gave me a fair estimate, and were quick to come out and get the job done. They cleared everything out, cleaned up the entire area, and then hauled it all away. It looks awesome! They were so nice, extremely helpful, asked for a fair price for the amount of work they had to do, and were very respectful of our yard. I would definitely have them come out and do work again!

This is the second time I have used BK Hauling and would highly recommend them. They are FAST and do a great job with attention to detail. Very professional and they truly care about providing a great service. I will continue to use them.

I have used this company before and always had great results. I cleaned the garage out on a Saturday morning and called them when I was done they were already out and had room for my load and came over within an hour. This is a family business Owner and his daughter loaded up junk. They also cleaned up where junk had been and swept out my whole garage that was a nice bonus. An excellent job. Highly recommend!

Washer was still connected as I had trouble disconnecting it. He disconnect all the hoses, stopped it from leaking water all over my carpet and loaded it into his truck to haul away. He and his daughter were on time, professional, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend and hire again.

He did so much more than I asked him to do. Not only did he quickly take everything and put it in the truck he raked the grass to make sure he got everything and sweep around the truck to make sure he didnt drop any of it. I had never seen anyone work quickly and ask me several time was I happy or was the job done like I wanted it done. He also knew I was on a time crunch and worked me in same day I called at no additinal charge. Loved everything!

He and a women helper had everything loaded in fifteen minutes. I had previously put everything outside for them. I thought the price seemed too high for what they did.

It went well. I called BK on Friday June 21 and told Bob (owner) the items I needed hauled away. He said he could come on Sunday June 23 at 1pm. I appreciate a contractor willing to work on Sunday - it saves me having to take off work to meet the contractor. I am more likely to use a contractor who can work the weekend hours. He called before the appointment time to confirm the items I needed hauled away. He showed up early with his helpers. They managed to tear apart the swingset despite an active bees' nest in the wood. They were able to get everything out of the yard, garage and basement and hauled it away. I was pleased.

I have used BK Hauling several times over the last few years. They're always punctual, reasonably priced and do a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

Bob and his daughter arrived the next day, after giving me an estimate of the phone for the removal of the TV. They arrived on time and removed the TV and gave me a reasonable estimate on removal of the playhouse. They arrived the next day and removed the structure and cleaned up the area. I have used the company previously, and they always do a superior job at a reasonable price.

He was prompt, friendly, and very efficient. He had some tight spaces to maneuver through and did it perfectly.

The work that was done was the best we have ever experienced. Our yard looked better than it ever has in the seven years we have lived here. They worked nonstop and were obvious perfectionists. It was totally impressive. We tipped them $100 as they went way over and beyond. What a great company with a great work ethic. We wish there were more companies like this one!!!

The experience went great from start to finish. He was very reasonably priced and also received an Angies discount. Hard worker and really nice guy. I will definitely use again.
