They were right on time and got right down to business. Very professional and you cannot beat the price (they also applied the 10% Angie's List discount they offered in their listing). I would definitely use them again in the future.

This is the second time I have used BK Hauling (they previously hauled away an old refrigerator and dishwasher). They were quick to respond to my inquiries on both occasions, were able to do the work on short notice, and arrived promptly when they said they would (which I greatly appreciate).

They arrived on time, took everything and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with there work. They were very nice people and if I need to have anything ever again hauled away I most certainly will hire them to do it.

They always do an excellent job! They came within two hours of when I called. They are quick and they sweep and clean up after themselves. They even disconnected a garbage disposal so they could take the old sink. I would definitely use them again, A+ work.

I gave Bob a description of the job over the phone. He gave me a ball-park estimate and said they could come out the next morning to do the job. When they arrived I showed them the different piles to be hauled away and they got right to work. Bob, Chassity (his wife,) and an uncle were very hard workers. When they got the truck loaded up they left to unload it and were back in two hours for the next load. There was actually more junk (heavy junk) in the pile than we knew about, so our total price ended up being more than the original estimate. Nonetheless. They were absolutely great to work with and their price was more than fair. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs any of the services they perform.

I called them about 11:00am on Thursday, 10-25-07 to request an estimate to move the TV. I informed them of the size, where it was located and the approximate weight. They quoted a price range from $75 to $100. I then set up an appointment for 3:00 that same day. They arrived about 2:55 and moved the TV from my first floor, down 3 steps to an unenclosed cement patio through the yard to their truck which was backed onto my driveway, a distance of about 50'. Two people did the move, all by hand, no knick, scratches, gouges or dents to anything inside or outside of my home. The entire move took about 20 minutes.

Called them at about 11:30 on a Saturday morning, and asked them when they could come and how much it would cost. Received a tentative quote of $75 for one truckload, and they stated they could come whenever I wanted. So I asked them if 2:30 that same day would be OK and they said fine. They arrived on time with the truck, were very polite, and even allowed me time to add more junk to be hauled when it was clear that there would still be more room. The price remained $75 though. The service was great, fairly priced, and I will definitely call them again.

I had the posts pulled from the ground and the fence rolled up but I needed them hauled from my yard right away. I called on Wednesday afternoon, and BK Hauling was able to come first thing Thursday morning and take it all away. 16 hours after I called there was no sign of the fence in my yard.

I called to have an old refrigerator removed from my home. It was still in working order. Withing 15 minutes, BK Hauling arrived in a small truck. It was an easy removal, as the refrigerator was in my garage. All they had to do was push it out of the garage and tip it into the truck. It was an easy $50.00. Unfortunately, I failed to see the coupon in the latest Angie's List monthly book I had received. That would have saved me a little money.

Mr. Kemp stopped by the day I called him to look over the garage. He gave me a firm quote at that time. He also advised me that I would need a demolition permit and told me how to go about getting it. Once I obtained the permit, we scheduled the job for the day after next. The only reason I had to wait an extra day was because of rainy weather. Arrived on time with 3 person crew. I was prepared for an all day ordeal, but job took only 1 hour, 15 minutes. They took care not to damage trees/shrubs, an attached fence and an adjacent garage. Cleaned up thoroughly by raking and sweeping. EXCELLENT JOB.

Called them Monday morning, asked if they did that kind of work, said yes, and said they would be there at 4:30 the same day. Arrived 30 minutes early and were in and out in 10 minutes. Very nice friendly people and would use them again.

He was awesome. He was efficient and worked hard. He was really good with communication and follow through.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I called the company and he gave me an estimate over the telephone to haul away my big screen TV. They hauled the TV away the next day as requested. They were prompt, professional and courteous.

Everything went very well. B K run a '24 hour service' and are very flexible with pick-up times. Also very reasonable on price - especially if you have the stuff all ready to go. I took everything except one heavy item up to the garage, so they only had to make one trip to the basement. They are fast and friendly.

I was very pleased with them, and the price was especially pleasing. They were very nice, and they got the work done very quickly.

Great. Called 11:00 am, they arrived 1:00 pm, SAME DAY (before any other company even called me back). They gave a verbal quote over the phone. Took about 1 hour to remove all the items. Very nice people. Excellent work on a very hot day. In the end, they charged me just below the quoted price.

I called Mr. Kemp on Monday afternoon and he was able to give me an estimate on the phone and indicated he could do the work the next morning. He was there on Tuesday morning and had the stuff removed before noon. He worked very hard and it was quite hot but he was very pleasant and left the area neat and clean. I'm very happy that he was able to take all of the items. I previously looked into renting a dumpster but found the restrictions on items that could be put into the dumpster prevented that from being a viable option. I highly recommend B K Hauling if you need similar work done.

The owner called me back within an hour of my initial call. I described to him the approximate amount of waste and he gave me an estimate. They arrived early the very next day and quickly loaded all of the piles. They were great. They swept up and cleaned the areas better than I would have! The price was at the low end of the estimate he gave me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job, guys. Thank you.

Bob and his wife showed up early (something I appreciate) and were very professional. They loaded up everything (which pretty much filled the truck) in less then 30 minutes.

Punctuality was excellent. Same day service. We also asked them to move in our new refrigerator which they didn't mind doing. Very professional and nice.

They called at about 4:45pm informing me that they maybe late due to overrun on prior job and Friday afternoon traffic. They arrived at about 5:15pm. Quickly removed branches and limbs. They had to cut some branches prior to loading. Removed household junk and even asked me if certain things also needed to be removed that were laying close by. I informed them that those items needed to stay. They raked my lawn clean as well as swept my patio and sidewalk.

Called on a Friday for Saturday pickup of junk from basement. They arrived promptly at the time they said they would. They filled a truck and within an hour the job was complete. They were very efficient and I was surprised at the speed in which the work was complete. I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future. kudos to Angie's List also for helping me find them.

What a pleasurable experience! Setting the appointment went smoothly. I had some potentially hazardous materials to dispose of, including an air conditioner and fluorescent light tubes. They described the options and gave rough estimates. The team of two called a few minutes before the appointed time to alert me they were almost at my home. Once they arrived, they looked over the items to be removed from my garage and basement and gave me a closer estimate. Then they got busy loading the truck, one person carrying items and one stacking them neatly into the most compact load possible. They were done in less than 45 minutes, and the final charge was below estimate, because of their neat job of loading the truck. Everybody was cheerful, polite and helpful, and yes, the dog did wave goodbye. I will definitely have them back after my move is complete, to clear out anything left over.
