BK Hauling & Removal

They were very efficient and friendly. I was disappointed by the price, for when I described the amount of stuff I had to haul over the phone, they gave me a $75 estimate, but upon seeing it decided they had underestimated the amount. They cleaned up well, leaving nothing behind.

I called and I made an appointment. They were punctual. They removed a huge china cabinet and two large desks from my basement. They were very polite & fast. They gave me a discount as well.

They were prompt. They were here when they said they would be. They were quick and efficient. And they cleaned up after themselves well. They were friendly.

An email was sent asking for a quote. Within a few hours, we received a telephone call, asking about the quantity of the material to be removed. An estimate was provided, and a deal was agreed upon. The deal included a quote, and the arrival time of the crew. The crew arrived the next day, at the appointed time. They worked diligently, and were very neat and tidy. Great work. Great, on time service. I would hire again for items required to be hauled and disposed by a private contractor.

The services went very well. I called ahead of time to make the appointment, and they came on time and hauled away what needed to be taken. The price was also reasonable.

I called and they arrived the next day. They removed all and then raked and swept. It was like they were never there.

Fabulous. I called a week ago and they said they could remove the desk that day. I actually scheduled an appointment a week later that went with my availability from work and they showed up exactly on time, removed the desk within 5 minutes, and were quick and courteous the entire time.

They do an excellent job and they show up on time. The price they charge is very reasonable. We will continue to use this company and recommend them.

He came out and did what he said he would do. He was here and gone within a half an hour. He charged a fair price and we were very satisfied. We would definitely use his services again.

They were fantastic! I called them on a Saturday morning, and they called back by early afternoon and showed up 30 minutes later. They were pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced. I've used other companies for hauling and this was by far the best experience I've had.

Very good, called on Wednesday, they were available Friday or Saturday at 8am, I chose Saturday. They arrived on time and completed the work by 9:15am.

Bob answered the phone immediately, and told me he could be at my house in 35 minutes to pick-up and haul away the trash. He was timely and efficient. I highly recommend him.

I called BK Hauling and left a message with a very friendly woman who answered the telephone. Bob called me back within the hour. I explained the situation, and he said he'd come by that afternoon to look over the job. Neither my husband nor I was home, but Bob checked it out and called me back with an estimate. He mentioned that he had noticed we had two piles of fallen branches, and would take those as well if we wanted him to do so. I eagerly agreed, and Bob said he and his crew would be there within the next two days to complete the job (weather permitting). Two days later, Bob called, and said he would be out later that day to complete the job. Again, we weren't at home, but Bob and company did a fabulous job. When I got home, all of the items we discussed had disappeared as if by magic, the area where the new fence will go was neat as a pin, and Bob had even swept the leaves that had gathered among the old masonry off the patio. What a wonderful job they did! I am very grateful, will use the company again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else! Thanks Bob!

I called BK Hauling to come to my home and haul away the trash I removed from my garage after cleaning it out. I have used other hauling companies in the past, but have never had such a good experience. I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to come out exactly when I needed them and even showed up early. They were quick, professional and very friendly and nice to deal with. The final price was higher than the estimate because I had way more garbage than anticipated. But, the price was more than fair and I even got a discount for being an Angie's List member. I have used other hauling companies in the past for projects around my home, but I will give my business to BK from now on. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding. I called sent an email Sunday night. Bob called Monday morning and said he could be over within an hour. I hadn't expected that, so I really wasn't prepared. I hadn't cut down the dead tree in the flower bed yet -- he said he'd take care of it. Everything was gone by the time I got home. I was very impressed, and will definitely use BK again and will recommend them to others.

They were very prompt and we really liked them. They were very friendly and professional. They came the same day we called them and their price was excellent.

They were able to come out the next morning and came right on time. They removed everything quickly and double checked with me to make sure that they had it all.

I called this company twice and left messages once on a answering machine and once with a member of his family. I described in detail the work I needed done, and never received any calls back. Lack of responsiveness shows is a failure of common courtesy and a disregard for potential customer's time - especially having researched the company on Angie's List and the BBB and taking time from work to make repeated calls. It makes you wonder if such contractors actually want customers and to undertake work.

They came in and did an excellent job. Organized the items in the truck so that it minimized the cost. Raked up leaves around driveway and back patio to take away with them without even being asked. Great company. Have used them in the past and will use again. Thank you.
