On time , efficient and charged the estimated price

He was very nice and prompt. I hadn't expected him to come the same day, but he did--almost within the hour.

They arrived right on time. They were courteous and pleasant. They worked quickly and carefully. I have used them again since the first time.

I returned their call on a Friday evening around 5 p.m. and they were at my house within 30 min. and had hauled the couch away in another 15 min. They were careful, courteous and polite. Extremely pleasant to work with. They even remembered to give me my Angie's List discount without asking!

I called them yesterday and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They came out right away and cleaned everything up just this morning. I didn?t have to wait several days to hear back from them or to schedule an appointment. I think they did an excellent job. I was very happy with them.

They returned my call promptly, gave an estimate, then came out right on time.

They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently to remove all items. Charged the price that was quoted.

It went great. They are very personable and professionall.

My experience was great. They showed up on time, removed everything that I asked, and cleaned up afterwards. I am happy with their services.

Two problems: 1. I asked them to come at 9:30am but they came at 9:00am which caused a little problem with the other company I had on site because they were not able to get materials on the pile that was to be hauled away. 2. They discussed the price I was paying them for hauling with another worker that was on site from another company which I think was unprofessional.

They returned my call within 30 minutes and we scheduled pickup for the following day. They were on time, picked up everything. They are the nicest people! I was given an estimate over the phone, and the actual cost was the lower end of their estimate.

I called B K Hauling around 3 on Monday 9/14/09 and reached Mr. Kemp immediately. I told him that a friend had cut down some dead/dying trees, hedge, shrubs and other yard waste and had piled it all in my driveway turnaround. I tried to describe the size of the pile as accurately as possible. He asked when I would like to have it removed. I was in no rush but he said they could come out Tuesday around 9 a.m. They arrived about 8:45 a.m. and immediately went to work. Mr. Kemp and associates are always prompt, courteous and professional. They are honest, work hard and get the job done right the first time at a fair price. I have used them 2 other times and now don't think about calling anyone else.

They did all of this hauling of nasty, heavy tiles, ripped out paneling, mantels, metal brackets, carpets, broken glass, plants, cabinets, heavy furniture, really quickly and with a great attitude. They were fun to be around, easy to get a hold of, quick to come in and efficient. If I had known about them sooner, I would have tried to talk them into demolishing my whole house for me! :)

I phoned them on Monday and they called me back later that day and we arranged for a pick up on Tuesday afternoon.

They showed up early. It took them about 40 minutes to do the job and they swept up all the leaves that were dropped along the path. The family was very friendly and did a good job.

Mr. Kemp was very agreeable. He did just what we needed. We wanted to have this done for a long time, but we didn't know who to use so we called Angie's List. He did such a good job that I did not use the discount he offered.

Everything was excellent, including their service, attitudes and timeliness.

I called to obtain a quote and Bob gave me the best price out of the three haulers I contacted and was able to pick up the items the next day. It is a family business and they were on time, very friendly, fast, careful when removing large items (washer, freezer, workout equipmemt + many other items) and flexible in taking additional items not mentioned when I spoke to Bob the day prior. I would use them again w/out hesitation. Very professional!!

Excellent experience. Great price, far below their national competition. They arrived 30 minutes after I called them, on a weekend. They were friendly, courteous, and swept the area after they were done. No need to call anywhere else for hauling needs.

A wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this company and will be hiring them for any hauling needs I have in the future. Very quick to respond to my inquiry, came right away, quickly loaded the trash up, leaving nothing behind, and was cheaper than I expected. Very, very nice couple, and I enjoyed meeting them. My previous hauling experience a few years ago left me leery of hiring someone for hauling. This went really, really well, and I'm so very happy to have found this company! Thanks to B&K, my backyard looks so much better!

They were polite and helpful. They carried up from the basement and hauled away several things I had omitted to mention during my earlier phone call. They made sure that my gate was closed when they left, so my animals could not escape the yard.

I have used them several times before and have always been happy with the results. They were very prompt and came out within a day. It only took them 10 minutes, they had the right equipment and they were very personable as always. They cleaned up really well, were so quick and professional!

Everything went off without a hitch. No problems at all. Would use them again.

They showed up early and were very respectful of our property. They did what needed to be done. There aren't a lot of people who will do this type of work and so they found their niche. I would use them again if the need arose.
