Great! They were able to accommodate us and get us our carpet in less than 5 days where the competitors were saying a minimum of 5 weeks! They were also less expensive and very friendly!

Completed 700-800 square feet. I don't have anyone to compare it too on the price. But it seemed reasonable. The product was not the same color that I ordered so I had to send it back the same day. It was bad because I took two days off work. I'm going to have to finish the painting around the base boards. The workers were real good. They were really professional. They were such hard workers. I don't think I would go back. Because of the sales staff. But I really liked the workers. The work was done quickly and professionally. They moved all the furniture out and back in. The installation was very impressive. But with the sales, I got a significantly different shade And then the base board, they wanted to charge me extra the day before the installation when it was originally in the price. I felt hustled. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

We stopped in their store on Broad Street to see what they had and we surprised ourselves that we purchased the flooring and installation. Sales guy was great. Very informed in taking us through the options. You definitely need to ask for a discount. Picked it all out and the installation guys were outstanding. They did an incredible job - looks like the flooring was original with the house. We put the highest end vinyl flooring down in kitchen, dining room, and three bathrooms. Great choice. We would definitely buy from them again.

When we had many complaints about their workers they would not listen. We had two meetings with Steve and Aaron and they both lacked common sense. It ended both times in yelling matches and them hanging up on us. These are the most unprofessional people in the world. They do not believe in the customer is right. We knew that once we called corporate on them we needed proof of our mistreatment. If I would write it all you would think I was lying. Therefore, we recorded our conversation sent it to the regional manager. He brought the clean up guys from cincinnati to fix our floors they apologized. The regional manager gave us some money back offered future discounts we refused. Wrote up aaron for his disrespectful behavior. This was a nightmare I dont even drive by their office anymore due to this bad experience.

I started looking for carpet before the remolding on the room was completed. I talked with Aaron with Big Bob's Carpet. He had a remanent piece of carpet that was large enough to do the 18' X 19' rec room that was being remoldeled. He was knowledgeable about the carpet and recommended an upgrade on the pad. I scheduled an appointment on 2/20/2014 for the room to be measured. No one came at the scheduled time. I waited a while then called the store and talked to Dwane. He told me that Aaron was off sick that day. I thought that I should have received a call canceling the appointment but no one called. Dwane did agree to come over and measure, I was only 1/2 mile from the store. I expected to hear back from Aaron after he returned to work but again did not receive any calls. On March 1, 2014 I went to the store and asked about the carpet. He then completed the sale and I paid for the carpet and installation. The installer did arrive on time, removed the carpet and scraped the floor. It made a hugh mess, with black dust everywhere. The installer and his helper to attempt to clean up some of the mess. Then he told me they couldn't nail the tack strips down because I had had waterproffing done and they couldn't nail into the concrete that was poured by the water proffing company about 6 years prior. They said they would need to glue the tack strips down and give it a day to dry so they would have to come back the next day to complete the job. I asked how long it would take and he said 2 hours.I told them it needed to be completed by 1pm as we had previous plans and needed to leave at that time. The installer did try to clean up some of the mess but did not do a good job. While they were gone I ran my sweeper and got a lot of it up. I am still going to have to wash the new walls to remove all the dust. Jeff the installer said they would return at 10am. He actually arrived early at 9:30am but did not get done until 2:30pm. For two days after the tearout of the carpet I blew black dust from my nose, then came down with a head cold. I felt like they should have put up plastic to keep all the dust in the one room. I changed the furnace filter and it was so black with the dust there was no way any air could have gotten back into the furnace. Overall I don't feel like I had a very good experience. I was disappointed they did not take the old carpet and the floor scrapings away with them. They put them by my trash cans in the back and I had to take them to the street on trash day. they were not very well prepared. They asked me for large trash bags to put the trash in. I would have thought they would have had the glue on the truck but they had to leave and go buy it. Like I mentioned they did not cover the door way to keep the dust from going into the other rooms, so now besides having to wash the walls in the room where they worked I also need to wash walls, shelves and anywhere else the dust settled in the whole house.
