I was referred to Bian'e by a close friend who uses their services regularly and recommends them highly. The first time I called, they got me an appointment very soon after. I ended up having to cancel that appointment last-minute because my children were sick and they were very kind about it. The next time I called it was not too long before the Holidays, which I know is a busy time, but they were able to work me in before Christmas, which I was so thankful for. They also went out of their way to work around my kids' nap schedules that day and were conscientious about using cleaners that are appropriate for a kid-friendly household. The people who came to my house were hard working and friendly. I had not hired a company to clean my house in a long time, so there was some significant work to be done and they were excellent at getting the job done professionally and timely. They also pointed out anything they had to rearrange in order to clean, which I really appreciated, and I ended up leaving most of it the way they had it, they have great eyes for organization. I felt the price was very appropriate for a first-time cleaning for the size of my house. The price would be less with maintenance cleaning. I will definitely hire this company again and would recommend them to others.

I was very happy with them. I wanted the work done quickly and the housecleaning company came four days after I called. They were very responsive. They came on time and told me how long it would take. They did an excellent job and my landlord was very happy with the work.

The work was exceptional! I have had my house cleaned before but have never been as impressed with the work as with CleanColumbus. The attention to detail was fabulous. They were professional, on time, worked quickly and made my house sparkle. They didn't miss an inch.

A nice young woman came and took ownership. She knew where things went!! Didn't take her long and everything smelled and looked fantastic! Great experience. I highly recommend.
