They kept their appointment time, and did a fine job, but took a long time getting the report to us. Not sure what the problem was, but we finally did get the report for our record.

I had a pleasure to work with Mr Ravi. He had done a great job and was very resourceful when it came to doing the necessary drawings and calculations.

Engnr. was on time, cordial, knowledgeable, and answered all questions.

Trip fee and then drawing fee. We only paid the trip fee for some opinions on the project which was helpful. The drawing time/fee seemed a bit expensive so we had to hold off.

I wish he would have replied my email, when I asked him who he recommends to perform the job he designed, but he didn’t. So, I just have his design and not a contractor after 3 weeks. I tried to find a company to install beams to reinforce my foundation wall through HomeAdvisor, but it didn’t give me a good result. Out of 5 companies I sent message, 4 just ignored. Maybe they do not perform the kind of jobs. One replied, but he too no longer responds after I asked him if his estimate includes labor, making it difficult to compare pricing (if I even have a company to compare). I really wish this BG Engineering has a list of trusted companies for types of jobs.

Before this company came out to perform an analysis of my existing structure, I laid out why I requested the service. I will be building a second floor addition and wanted to make sure that the existing structure will support it. In advance I inquired about the cost and was told what the fees would cover. However, they came out and did a quick visual inspection and told me what I already knew about my structure. After a few days I was given a detailed written report which I provided to my architect.

Mr Gupta was very prompt and professional. His knowledge of structural requirements was apparent from the start. We had a very short timeline and he met this without issue, even providing his report within 48 hours.
