I have been sewing for most of my life. Even though I have had other Bernina machines, I had never taken the free classes. I got a great deal on the machine and the classes are priceless. Even though I have sewn for years and years, I have learned so much. Laura, JoEllen, Carol, have all taught some of the classes I've taken so far. I still have more free classes to take which is great. The entire staff is wonderful, fun, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I really enjoy all of them and have learned much from all of them. AND, anything I buy in the store when I am taking classes is 20% off! This is also a deal. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I just am so happy with them and my machine. OH, and the classes are available on Saturday and in the evenings too... which is great for me!
Description of Work: I bought a new Bernina in October, 2015, but have been taking a variety and series of Master Classes and Bernina Club classes that teach me all about the machine and different feet and functions -- all for FREE. Classes are about 3 hours.

Classes are just excellent! I am learning how to master many of the special feet and functions of the machine so that I can enjoy and utilize the machine to the fullest. The staff answer questions and are really nice! I also get a discount if I buy anything in the store on the day of classes. I am really thrilled and am so glad that I bought my machine there!
Description of Work: I bought a new Bernina machine and am attending "Master" classes on Saturday mornings presented by various employees and the owner of Beth's -- now Laura. These classes are free when you buy a machine (which I got with a sale from Bernina and free financing.)

They just give a really good service. Their prices are reasonable. I have used them quite a bit and I really like them. They are very honest and say what is wrong with our machine and give us all the replaced parts back.

Great experience. I dropped off the machine, it was done when promised and the price was as quoted. They service many brands of sewing machines, sell primarily Berninas and offer classes.
