Description of Work: After many calls I found Charlie at Best Pal and foynd him to be very knowlegable and professional when he trained my Yorkie. Charlie always stayed longer than the hour if he was involved which I really appreciated.

Description of Work: For weeks I was looking for the perfect trainer to help with our Boxers fear aggression issues. The trainers we spoke with stated that he needed boot camp. I was not crazy about that idea so I found Charlie on Angie's List. He had wonderful reviews so I have him a call. He decided to take on our problem dog and the end result was excellent. Ozzy is much better behaved, listens, and most importantly he trained us. We finally figured out that consistency is key! I would highly recommend his services! Thanks for your time and help with Ozzy!

Description of Work: Charlie came to our home to assess our new dog, a rescued toy poodle. Charlie gave us some tips of training and walked us through a few exercises with our dog. Since that visit our dog has learned to behave more. We may still have Charlie back out and pay for a full training package but for now we are using his tips and working with our dog daily. Charlie was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend Charlie and the BEST PAL TAILORED DOG TRAINING service to other dog owners.

 + -1 moreIT IS QUITE APPARENT THAT CHARLIE LOVES DOGS AND IS COMMITTED TO HELPING YOU HELP THEM ACHIEVE BETTER BEHAVIORS. HE SPENT NEARLY 1 1/2 HOURS EVALUATING OUR DOG IN OUR HOME AT NO COST TO US. HE ASKED GOOD QUESTIONS AND GAVE SOME IMMEDIATE POINTERS. CHARLIE WAS INCREDIBLY ACCOMMODATING, PUNCTUAL, GOOD NATURED, AND COMFORTABLE TO TALK WITH.
Description of Work: CHARLIE CAME OUT TO OUR HOME THE SAME DAY I SPOKE WITH HIM. HE WAS VERY SENSITIVE TO MY FRANTIC CONCERNS ABOUT OUR DOG WHO JUST RECENTLY ATTACKED ANOTHER DOG IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
