Best Glass Block

Originally installed my glass block basement windows. Due to other wear and tear, had to come back out to repair my window vent due to age , wear and tear Very reasonable, very professional I can’t say more about him. He did a great job. Would definitely go back for all my glass block ! Highly recommended !

Left message for Chris and he called me right back. I described what I needed and he asked for a picture and measurements. This is a Friday and he was not able to do the work until Monday. I spoke to a handyman who said I should just have a piece of plywood screwed in for the time being. The house is being sold as is and will be completely renovated. I really appreciated Chris' response time and attitude I would hire him for this work anytime.

Chris was responsive, prompt, and reasonable on the price. He was 200$ cheaper than other quotes and his lead time was better by a month. Would definitely recommend and use him again.

Our install schedule got changed several times due to our building inspection situation and he was very flexible and understanding. Chris is the owner and installer and he did a great job. He was hustling the whole time but if I had any questions he never made me feel like I was interrupting him. He cleaned up after himself. Left no mess behind. The work was excellent and I have been recommending him to my neighbors.

Chris and I communicated back and fourth as my availability to have the work performed was in limbo. Communication was timely and professional. The work was completed just as he said it would be and the windows look great.

He came to our home to measure the windows and he provided the product quickly. He delivered to us exactly what we wanted, and was very meticulous with his installation and clean-up. I recommend this company to anyone who needs new basement windows.

Chris came out and gave me a fair estimate on replacing my 2 back bedroom windows. I was burglarized and I made the extreme decision to use glass block. Chris was very professional and kind, not pushy and listened to my needs. Thanks to Chris I have 2 air vents in the 2 windows. I was adamant about NOT having a vent because I was still very frightened from the burglary and I thought a vent would allow for another possible break in! Chris politely helped to change my mind and I thank him for that! I would recommend Chris for any glass block job.

Chris and Adrian did a fantastic job. The reason we ended up hiring them was the first company did such a poor job. They were in constant contact with myself and my wife regarding the progress of the job and took a lot of time the explain what the final product would look like. Adrian took one full day to put down cardboard and tape to seal the marble in the shower and bathroom floor to ensure it would not be damaged. He was punctual, polite and most imprtantly the quality of the job is incredible. The seams between the blocks are straight and constant from side to side and top to bottom which is very difficult to do on a curved wall. If you are doing glass block work it would be a mistake to not consider Best Choice. Do yourself a favor, don't go with your 1st choice, go with the Best Choice.

He answered all questions, gave a written quote, and provided 3 references (who were each very positive when I called them). At installation time work was performed just as described - no surprises - and the men were considerate and careful. We were very pleased with the process and the product. This is a young company that seems to be building a good reputation based on the quality of their service.
