HORRIBLE customer service. One week ago I purchased an screen protector for my Apple Watch and had it installed by one of their technicians and less than a week later it fell off and was nowhere to be found. Went back to the store to ask about a replacement and was rudely told that there was nothing they could do for me unless I found the product and brought it to them. Trust me I tried to find it but it shouldn't have fallen off in the first place. I have always bought all my electronics from Best Buy and trust me I have quite a few but I will think twice about ever giving them my business again. Companies that don't back the products they sell and install SUCK!

We had some problems, I think. I think it was $1200. I was there last year in the spring. When I had a question for the salesman he kind of ignored it. He was not taking me seriously. It was just kind of bad taste.
